I have had two loans with Car Cash Point, great service and Grace my account manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using Car Cash Point again in the future

The Ronseal of the collection profession
I just don't get some of the negative reviews! Their collection team has always been exceptional, highly professional and I always receive a prompt response. They are a pleasure to speak with, especially Hollie, who takes her time to explain everything clearly. They are , they do exactly as they say on the tin (over the phone). I cannot fault them and highly recommend.

Lovely experience!

Stay clear
Initially I would have recommended this company but in recent months as soon as times have got tough their customer service has got awful. Making threats and being patronising. Lying about sending out communication. AVIOD at all costs

Any review you see here that is above 1 star?.. is a lie! This is the worst loan company you can EVER use! Do NOT use them! Extortionate rates that are hidden until it’s too late… use at your own RISK. They responded by saying “ my third loan “ which is outrageous! I repeat use at your own risk.. you have been warned
