What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Every representative I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with my situation. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers truly sets them apart.

Avoid this company if you are looking for any type of sympathy or empathy. Their customer is beyond bad.

Had an overall great experience. There were a couple of bumps on the way but Hollie looked after my account impeccably. Very easy to get in contact with her when necessary. Always answered email queries promptly. Very calm and reassuring too. Paul has a diamond of an account manager there. I know she will be there to help others too!

We’ll try this again seeing as someone at CCP flagged it for their name being in it..funny how they keep the names in for good reviews but bad they flag it for going against trust pilots guidelines…

Such a shame as after such a positive experience in getting the loan, the supposed owner of the business has just earned them a 1 star review.

Rang for a settlement figure on my loan. Answered the phone without a proper introduction and got irate with me for wanting to know if there was a team I could actually speak to, to discuss the settlement after being directed to him via the automated system. I mean god forbid thinking an established business would have a contactable accounts team. Muted (I presume to slate me) without advising then put me on hold. Snapped at me that a figure be generated & emailed today.

Will be glad to get rid after that encounter with him. Stick to being an “owner” as your customer service skills are rubbish. My tone matched yours after me initially being polite

Hollie provided first class service whenever I had a query. Great comms throughout.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Good communication and easy to deal with.
Rates are high but if you don’t have any cheaper options then recommended 👍

Paul booth was amazing and so was Carl Dixon . They both were very quick and efficient got my money in under 24 hours literally the same day - everything was fantastic - came to see the car very quick and efficient process no headache. Paul helped make the process so much easier !

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company. when I needed to raise some money to get my car back that was being held with another company they went above and beyond in order to secure the agreement and vehicle release,including several hurdles that were put in their way. Paul Booth was fantastic and continually kept me updated , always coming up with a solution as opposed to a problem. My key measure when assessing a company’s customer service all round is “how easy were they to do business with?”…. And in this case “very easy@ is the simple and honest answer. I must say I'm extremely impressed by Car Cash Point at their swift, professional service in helping me withdraw cash from my vehicle. I submitted an application on 2nd and was instantly pre-approved which is normal, within 24 hours I was fully approved after simply proving affordability and relevant information when requested and the money was in my bank account. Big shoutout to Andrew Hume, he's an asset to the team an was extremely helpful from the get go, and to field agent Robert Hill who visited me the same day (in person), at a time convenient to myself and was throuogh and explained everything with regards to the loan and its T&Cs. Couldn't be any easier.

Will definitely be first choice if ever needed in future - thank you again to the CCP Team!

Marked my vehicle and I never took a loan with them.

I recently tried to sell.my car only to discover that there was a mark against it due to a logo book loan in Feb 2020. As I paid cash for it and NEVER took a log book loan against it I was extremely disturbed.

Thankfully the dealer gave me the details of the loan so I could contact this company.

Turns out they NEVER issued a loan against my car and have provided this in writing however they are refusing to remove the mark. How can this be legal.

Be very careful if ypu are looking to work with them. Even though I never applied for the loan, it appears that even an enquiry entities them to claim ownership. And even after admitting they don't own it, there refusal to remove the mark should be a valid sign to any new customers to be very wary.

Should you take out a loan, WILL THEY REMOVE ANY RIGHTS once ypu have settled your agreement.

In my case, it's NO... and i never even heard of them until I tried selling my car

I will be escalating this to the ombudsman
