Completely worthless product.
Peeps by Carbonklean is an absolute waste of money. The brush on the end is completely useless and does nothing to clean your glasses. In fact, it feels like it might even scratch the lenses rather than help. The cleaning pads are no better – they can remove a bit of dust, but they’re entirely ineffective against fingerprints, smudges, or anything more substantial.

At $10-15, this product is outrageously overpriced. You can find the exact same item on other sites, like Temu, for just $1.50. The lack of value here is astonishing.

To make matters worse, there’s no option to return the product, and customer service is nonexistent. The sales page is full of glowing reviews, but I suspect they’re fake. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would strongly advise anyone against purchasing Peeps.

I read the positive reviews and thought this would be great during my travels. IT IS A TOTAL WASTE!!
It does not work and you can not return it once it is opened!! They refuse to to accept returns if you have opened the package to try their product!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Shit product that doesn’t work at all. Their customer service sucks, doesn’t reply when ask for refund.

lunettes et une brosse pour IPad. Le tarif était excessif, mais je voulais essayer ces accessoires, indispensables, d’après leur site.
Première surprise, je paie au Luxembourg, puis 15 jours après je reçois une facture de France Telecom pour payer des droits de douane. Je paie et depuis le 12/11/2024 mon colis qui doit être livré par DHL indique le terme EXCEPTION.
À ce jour aucune nouvelle.
Je déconseille vivement cette société qui propose un produit dix fois plus cher que sur un grand site chinois.
Hier, après recherche je constate que mon colis a été déposé à ma Poste. Aucun SMS ou Mail reçu. A la poste on me dit « courrier retourné car adresse inconnue « . La poste m’avait envoyée un mail pour payer les droits de douane, donc avait tout mes coordonnées.
Sans commentaires sur la qualité de nos services publics.

Based on advertising, I tried this product on my own eyeglasses. Despite re-cleaning several times, my glasses remained streaky. This product will not clean skin oils from eyeglasses. They are not as effective as advertising claims. The best way to clean my glasses remains a good glasses cleaner and facial tissues.

This gadget does not clean any better than a spray and cloth, can't get to the corner of the glasses. Don't waste your $.

tl;dr Customer service is non-existent. The products are only so-so. AVOID!

I bought some Peeps and a screen cleaner. Total order value was almost 88 euros, but carbonklean declared way too much on the Customs label. Now I need an invoice to prove that the actual value was a lot less, so I can get a partly refund for the import fees I paid. They should of course have sent an invoice right after paying for the order, but okay... I emailed carbonklean twice to ask if they could send me an invoice, but they never replied (no, also no reply in the spam folder).

Besides that, the overpriced Peep is okay at best. Nothing special; a microfiber cloth and glasses cleaner are much better fit for the job, at a fraction of the price for a Peep.

I ordered my glasses cleaner 2months ago and have received nothing. When I asked for info after 1 month of waiting I received an automatic reply saying they would respond within 72 hours. After nearly another month I am still waiting. I believe these guys are con merchants and seriously doubt the review saying they received their order quickly.

I placed an order for the Peeps eyeglass cleaner and then read bad reviews and thought oh no I’ve been conned as I too received DHL Germany tracking - well I set it to email me updates and to my surprise I was getting them and in just over a week they arrived today!!
So out with my pairs of glasses and guess what? They actually cleaned them up as advertised!! I’m well impressed and wasn’t a con at all. I got the buy one n get 2nd half price , so once they are finished and my glasses keep to what they are now then il deffo be buying more!

Sadly I’ve had the same experience as everyone else here it seems. Placed the order for one of these eyeglass cleaners a month ago. Recieved a ‘DHL Tracking number’ which for a period had a status something to the effect of awaiting parcel, now the number comes up as unknown. Attempts to contact the company have failed as they don’t respond to emails, definitely a fraud. Should have checked here first before ordering, luckily was only a small amount but out of principal will be contacting my bank to reclaim.

Avoid the social media blow up at all costs, I (and many other others) have never received our order, nor do they reply to customer service emails or calls.

Total crooks. Order has never arrived, tracking number is apparently fake, I have attempted to contact them multiple times both via direct email and the contract form or their website but I've received no response. Do not trust this company.

Fakeshop, my order from October 2023 never arrived me. I got a tracking number from german DHL - number unknown there. No answer to my both emails I wrote to carbonklean.

This company is a joke! I ordered $56.xx worth of products. They did send it, but the post office screwed up and it was returned to sender. I contacted PayPal after weeks of no response from the company, and they say it was delivered to me. It never was. This company is not worthy of your business. I wood definitely stay away!

Been scammed. Spent £35 a- given fake tracking number.
Have emailed twice - nothing back!
Will be reporting to my bank now to get my money back.

This company is unreliable. Never delivered my order and I’ve called, left voicemails, and several emails requesting a refund. No response. Don’t get scammed.

Achtung Betrug! Habe die Anfang Oktober bestellte und bezahlte Ware bis heute nicht bekommen. Ebenso blieben meine zahlreichen Erinnerungen bei carbonklean ohne Reaktion. 👎👎

Took ages to arrive, the eyeglass cleaning tool is absolutely rubbish in my opinion, leaves smudges, no better than using cloth
