Bei CarbonKlean handelt es sich um ein US-amerikanisches Unternehmen, das aber in der Werbeanzeige einen deutschen Shop vortäuscht.
Das Geld wird über paypal sofort (15.12.2026 abgebucht. Lieferung ist bis heute, 24.1.2026 nicht angekommen. Auf Nachfrage kam das Standardschreiben (s. andere Bewertungen). Von dem Kündigunsangebot habe ich heute Gebrauch gemacht. Antwort: wortgleiches Standardschreiben. Ich habe wenig Hoffnung, dass ich innerhalb der von mir gesetzten Frist eine Erstattung erhalte und werde danach paypal einschalten.
Nachtrag: Geld wurde von Paypal zurück erstattet, Jubel!

Product ordered 12/25/2025. No tracking notices, no information. Checking on filing dispute on payment with my card company. Disappointed because I like the product and it works for me. I need the replacement pads and ordered extra cleaners to have on hand.

Scammers. Take payment as soon as I ordered but NO delivery. Emailed many times but never responded. Order site is still open. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!
Ordered 3rd December. Emailed about non delivery. on 14/16/19/27/29 December and 2/7/10/15 Jan but no replies. Pigs

Multiple emails sent which get exactly the same email response but this is just a scam
First time it had happened to me but I have learned my lesson.

Zero stars. Like many others have said, they do not deliver and they do not respond to inquiries. Wish I had checked here before ordering!

Dreadful service. Bought £42.98 ( order 1498906) on 9/12/25. It’s now 7th January and they are still not here. Being blanked by the company now with no communication despite several e mails. Dreadful customer service. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I ordered items after a recommendation of Grommet. Order placed on 12/10/25 and as of 12/26/25 I’ve heard nothing. Not a word. I was charged $81. And there’s no place on their site to check order stratus, right? Buyer beware.

Long delay for delivery, then told that DPD had delivered, they hadn't , and time wasted chasing Carbonklean and DPD for replacement/refund with no response. Awful - avoid

Lieferzeit 14 Tage, Zollgebühren und Auslagen in Höhe von 10€ bei Zustellung bezahlt, insgesamt 38€ für 2 Stück, das ist Abzocke!

This company is a fraud. You will lose your money and not receive your order.

Ordered cleaners for my glasses they obviously had no stock I received an email 2 weeks later admitting this and asked me to wait. I emailed back and asked for a refund. No reply received. Luckily I paid through PayPal and they have quickly refunded.

Am 19.11. habe ich eine Bestellung aufgegeben, Lieferzeit wird mit 2 bis 3 Wochen angegeben.
Nach der Bestellung entstand folgender Schriftwechsel:
CK: "Wir haben soeben portofreie Lieferung zu deiner Bestellung hinzugefügt. Lass es dir bereits morgen zuschicken, wenn du heute auscheckst."
Ich: "Ich weiß nicht, was auschecken heißen soll und die Versandkosten habe ich ja auch schon bezahlt. Schicken Sie es einfach morgen ab."
CK: "Leider ist der Artikel derzeit nicht lieferbar, wir liefern ihn, sobald es möglich ist. Wenn Sie stornieren möchten, teilen Sie uns dies bitte mit."
Ich: "Das verstehe ich nicht. Eben noch Versand morgen und jetzt plötzlich nicht mehr lieferbar? Das erscheint mir sehr unseriös. Ich storniere hiermit die Bestellung. Bitte erstatten Sie mir Kaufpreis und Versandkosten."
CK: "Danke für Ihre Email. Wegen des hohen Aufkommens an Emails kann die Bearbeitung Ihres Anliegens bis zu 72 Stunden dauern."

96(!) Stunden später:
Ich: "Ich habe vor 5 Tagen meine Bestellung storniert, Antwort sollte bis zu 72 Stunden (3 Tage) dauern. Was ist denn jetzt?"
CK: "Danke für Ihre Email. Wegen des hohen Aufkommens an Emails kann die Bearbeitung ihres Anliegens bis zu 72 Stunden dauern."

Unmöglich! Werde PayPal einschalten, sobald Lieferverzug eintritt.

No update to order after week despite taking money immediately.cancelled order via paypal

This company refund policy is a joke.once you open the product and try it,that makes it non -refundable because it has been opened.this cleaner does not work for bifocals.it literally sucks.please dont buy from this company.I bought 2 and now I'm out my money because they are opened.

I placed an order on August 17, 2025 with CarbonKlean. They immediately charged my credit card and have still not given me any information about shipment. Additionally, their website only lists my order as placed! I have emailed them 3 times with no responses. Their phone number is for a different company. My final email requested a refund and I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
**Update** My third email mentioned that I was filing a dispute. They answered that, after ignoring my two previous emails. They finally listened, canceled my order like I requested, and issued refund to my credit card.

Order placed on 4th August. Not even shipped never mind received. No response from customer services despite several emails being sent.
I have asked for an update and or for my money back but nothing.

Didn't get my order at all took my money quickly,never received anything off them, they do not respond to e mails , really dodgy company

Bought this product on a market. Should keep the windows of my campervan clean for weeks (on the inside), should keep my glasses clean. When we were with three man at the table, someone walked by and was saying he never wanted anything else ever. I think (at this moment) it was the companion.
Never ever use this stuff, it doesn't work. Nothing it claims is true. Stay away from this product.

A Really Dreadful Company - I will never deal with them again!
Ordered 5 Peeps glasses cleaners at a special offer price of buy 3 and get 2 free. Directly after placing the order an email arrived saying that I could have more at a cheaper price. I immediately emailed back saying I would like my existing order at the lower price or they could cancel it. Eventually received an email with a tearful emoji along with a message 'we don’t want this to be the end! If this is goodbye, we’ll understand... but we’ll miss you'. Nothing on cancelling the order - this was totally ignored! Then came another email offer of an even cheaper deal on more Peeps.
I wished I had looked on Trustpilot first - that would have alerted me to the offhanded attitude and woefully below standard communication CarbonKlean appear to have with their customers.
Items arrived but it's just too much hassle to try and return them!!!!
