I asked for tracking details and i was given them straight away from the customer service, they was kind and helpful, i received my product and my gf loves it

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is dreadful. Charging port is faulty, very cheap quality. Requested replacement or refund - told me to try a good quality charging cable - presumably instead of the cheap crappy one that came with it. When this failed to resolve the issue, they offered me a 30% refund or for me to return the item for a full refund - but pointed out that I would be responsible for the cost of returning it, which would be higher than the cost of replacing the item.

I would avoid buying from this company at all costs! They lie on their website which makes me wonder if any of the good reviews they show on their website are even real. They promise a money back guarentee if you do not see a boost with their stick on bras to which I did not and they told me they cannot refund products that have been tried on which contradicts their “money back guarentee” as how on earth are you supposed to know if you see a boost or not without trying it on!?
They did not respond to my last email. Total scammers. Would never buy again and wish I would have trusted my gut instinct that they are a dodgy website before ordering! They say “final hours of sale” to make people buy but this never leaves and the “sale” never ends!

This Company is a total scam. Don’t waste your money! Every email communication bounces back.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Product delivered was not the same as advertised but a cheap version and looked used. Contacted to return and refund and after many emails they have accepted that refund will be processed. This was 2 weeks ago and no refund or return postage received. Going through my bank to hopefully get my money back. AVOID this company at all cost! Reviews on their website must be fake!

Items didn't arrive. Tried to contact them but email is not official and says address not found. They are using the American brand and use it on their site to scam people.

Ordered a Candy Silk Pro2 foot file in black as shown in their video at half price ( £20 if ordered today only) & received a cheap pink version that was broken didn’t work priced at £2.38 on TEMU. After several emails offered for me to return it to China at my expense (too late was already in the bin) or accept a 30% refund which I had to accept. Don’t know how these companies get away with it 😤, obviously praying on idiots like me 😩 for the second time this month received items nothing like the ones shown. Please be careful when ordering from reels shown on social media platforms
