This bra does NOTHING but cover nips. I am a 34b and purchased for bachelorette and wedding dress. I followed instructions to a “t” and spent a good bit of time trying several positionings. It’s extremely expensive and it’s a waste of money. On top of that, the company knows it so they don’t leave any way to actually leave a review, request a return or exchange, etc once you’ve purchased. It’s a scam and a rip off.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Boomba's return policy is wasteful and unsustainable. They ask you to cut any item you want to return into 4 pieces, take a photo and dispose of it. There is no exchange and no other option. This is unethical and creates unnecessary waste. Other bra companies allow you to try and return an item it makes no sense that Boomba do not.

No issues, essential and other brands have not been anywhere near as good!

I've ordered from boomba twice now. Both times I ordered the magic nipple covers (adhesive) and both times the shipping has been relatively quick (taking about a week to be delivered) and email updates were also pretty good. I've not had any experience with customer services and not needed so can't speak for that. However, the product themselves have been fab. I had a BR 2 years ago and unfortunately my scars went keloid (even some around my nips) so certain things are visible when not wearing a bra... With this, I feel that I'm not self conscious and they blend in so nicely even under right tops and so much better than rubbish stickers and the multiple other brands I've tried. They are reusable and clean nicely with just some water and your fingers. I have used my first pair multiple times now. Will continue to order from Bomba as I can't be without mine now ☺️

I worn the sticky pads on my big day…

I worn the sticky pads on my big day and they held up. Only down side is that the bridal shop I bought them from ordered in a size too small by accident and the push up results weren’t as dramatic as I had wanted. I’ve also worn those at the pool and they surprisingly held up well too.

Horrible customer service

Garbage do not buy this product! They keep changing my delivery date, I ordered October 10th and still haven't seen it. Teaching number doesn't work and they won't refund until I send back. Do not waste your money on this.

AVOID - DON’T WORK & REFUSE TO REFUND!

AVOID - THEY DON’T WORK AND THEN YOU’RE SCAMMED FOR TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!

Having purchased these to see what the hype was all about and to try and resolve a personal issue with wearing dresses and feeling insecure about myself, I can say I’m really disappointed. I followed the sizing guidelines on the website and after waiting an age for them to arrive, the product was not fit for purpose, did not stick to multiple dresses as described, and were way too small.

Reaching out to their return/exchange portal, I was surprised to see that I could exchange the items without returning them. However, you’re asked to cut the inserts up, and take a photo of this. I understand they need to prove that people aren’t keeping the items and still obtaining refunds or replacements, but they state that this is due to sustainability. Firstly, I think this is so wasteful of the product, and secondly, having done as asked and providing the photos, I’ve been accused of not cutting up the Boomba products and told that I will not be receiving a replacement. As such, I’ve lost access to the items as I’ve cut them up, and I won’t receive my money back. I don’t know what to do next as their customer service team just repeat their emails and refuse to offer any help. It’s incredibly stressful and frustrating as they weren’t cheap to purchase.

I may have to resort to the ombudsman or my bank to help me get my money back. At this point, I’m not even sure I want the replacement products!

Terrible and shocking customer service.
I bought this product and tried to return it as it was the wrong size. I had to email multiple times to do a refund, the first time they told me they were waiting for courier confirmation so they couldn't send me a returns label. The next time they told me to get a refund I would have to cut up my product and send a picture of the cut up pieces to get a refund. I was shocked and refused to destroy a brand new unused item, with no guarantee that I would get a refund after doing that! And what a terrible waste of a product! I told them I would not be doing that and that I wanted to send the item back intact for a refund, to which they replied and insisted that I still destroy the product for a 'quicker' refund. In the end they denied my return request, despite the fact that my item was unused. What an absolute sham of a company, DO NOT buy from here unless you want to waste money.

I can see why these are so viral now

I can see why these are so viral now. I have never seen sticky bras that stick on both sides until now and let me tell you, I will never go back to single sided sticky ones again. These kept my top in place and prevented it from sliding down!! These are my holy grail!

My confidence is knocked after this purchase

I have a wedding next week and bought a cute backless and strapless jumpsuit. I’d seen these advertised on instagram and thought id give them a go given the cater to UK H cup side. I ordered a J. They were shipped and I tried them with my outfit only to find that they were next to useless.

They would not stick to the outfit. You couldn’t “scoop” into it. The weight of my breasts would in effect peel whatever little part that was stuck to the outfit off rendering them unusable.

I contacted Boomba to initiate a return to find that they categorically refused. They re-run what I was supposed to do, despite doing that. They then stated that they were not designed to support the breast!

I am sporting a chest that is circa 2kgs in weight, they are going to require support and to advertise that these are going to work for “all breast sizes” is nothing shy of mis-selling.

This has affected my confidence and now I have to go shopping with a handful of days to go to find another outfit that means I have to wear a bra for and am now rather self conscious about the size of my chest in any clothes instead of being able to embrace my femininity in clothes that are supposed to make me feel good.

I will add that Boomba customer service’s offer as “compensation” was $25 off another pair or 50% of another product on their site. This is not compensation. 1) I’m in the UK so $ discount is ridiculous and 2) why would I want to give you more money for another one of your products that are not fit for purpose and in other ranges you do not cater for my size.

I’m extremely disappointed at their idea that the above is good customer service. Do not waste your money especially if you’re a larger size. There has to be a good solution out there for us to embrace what nature has intended for us.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered some insert for my wedding which didn’t fit well with my dress. When I contacted customer service to arrange a return I was told because I opened the box I couldn’t return them! Now I don’t know how you’re supposed to try a product without trying it on. This is ridiculous, please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS! Ps the resolution they offered was a discount for future orders which is I obviously denied. I would never order another item from them and I hope you don’t either!

Awful returns process - Wish I read reviews before hand!

I ordered the inserts for a wedding - they took so long to arrive the wedding had passed by the time I received the parcel. Requested a return via email. They were very quick to respond but made the process so difficult , you have to jump through many hoops!

Firstly they requested photos that the box was unopened (not an issue. expected and inline with their policy) however once you have provided these pictures they still state that they will need to inspect the item, (as if you were trying to scam them!) and if THEY feel the seal has been tampered with in any way then they will refuse your refund.

They then make you confirm to agree to pay postage costs of Returns - which is fine - but that you also HAVE to send the return within 12 Hours of receiving their approval to return?!? BIZARRE.

Policy states you have 30 days to return from receipt: have never known any company demand you have to post the item within 12 hours and then send them the proof you have done so! On top of this once you have agreed to all of that they then provide you with a returns address which is in TEXAS United States , whilst on the parcel the Return address is shown as Hounslow Uk. By this point you have already agreed to pay for the postage unknowingly that you will need to pay to send the parcel to the states. Which will be very expensive. This came alongside the added commentary that they are making an “exception” to approve your return request, despite the fact you are well within your rights to send back both under law and in line with their returns policy. If they are also following the law then they should also be refunding the original postage costs , which they aren’t.

I can’t comment on the product itself as I never opened the box to try them .

But overall - No thank you - not a company I would ever want to consider ordering from again. AVOID!

For my big booby queens…

For my big booby queens.....this product is NOT for us!

As a UK GG/H cup, I struggle to find bras that work with low cut dresses/tops etc and being such a size, you can always see the bra, whether that be my straps, the top of the bra or the back of the bra (if im wearing a backless outfit). Even strapless bras are just as difficult as the size you need is never in store so you cant try it on and thus you have to order it online and the cost of them is just extortionate even for 1.

I have tried and tried again to find a product that can hold me in securley without the need for a bra. Over the year I saw a load of adverts for boomba and noticed that some of those influences were a larger cup size (like me!). With how expensive they were, I thought this will surely work and I can go on my holiday and wear my outfits without the fuss of a bra.

But did these work? NO!

I bought the exact size they recommended...a K..but no matter what i did, the videos I spent so long watching.. would they support me? No. Did they fully stick to my clothes? No. Did they irritate my skin?.. A little, but my point being that this product is just not designed for big chests.

For those who are a smaller cup, maybe, but I purposefully chose the invisible inserts as I dont need a boost as such considering the weight and size of my chest, I just wanted to have some support without the need of a bra.

So needless to say I am now back to square one, trying to find a company that can cater to the gap in the market for large chested women. WE JUST WANT TO FEEL PRETTY AND SECURE THAT'S IT!!

On the other hand, the packaging was lovely and had some really nice touches with the notes but would I ever buy from boomba again? No.

Will I get a refund for my purchase? No.

Will there ever be a company that can help us big booby queens?

Who knows.

Irritates the skin

I bought these because I was looking for a way to wear a bra with an open-back dress. This was the only option I could find. It does work, but I definitely couldn’t wear it for a whole day — after just 10 minutes of trying it, the sticky side irritated my skin. I’m not sure how other people can bear the stickiness. So, 50€ in the bin.

package left outside with no notification of delivery

The package was annoyingly left outside, and I wasn't notified of delivery so didn't know it was there until days after... and the package had then gone.

The most frustrating thing is that talking to customer service is like talking to a brick wall.
I explained I had checked the tracking which showed a photo of the parcel delivered but outside and it was no longer there.

Their response was that I should check the tracking.

They either employ people who can't speak English, or AI is responding to emails.

I ultimately complained to my bank and got my money back.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Product takes a very long time to arrive, which they don't tell you about when you order. Mine arrived too late (I needed it for my wedding) so I asked to return it. To do so you have to pay for postage/courier to send it to the US and they require you to do so within 24 hrs of requesting a return. They are also unable to tell you of any import payments are requires. None of this is set out on their UK website. Clearly a break of UK law as regards fair treatment of customers.
