These people are scammers! They produced a template for cancelling my subscription to BT. They charged me £1.49. Shortly afterwards on the first of the month £24.90 gets taken from my account. When I queried this they told me I had signed up for their 'premium' service. This is the first I heard of it! They are based in Ireland and trade as 'Large digital Goods'.

Terrible. Upon cancelling a mobile contract I apparently signed up to use there services?! They then take £24.90 a month for the pleasure of getting absolutely nothing in return. It was only the fact I noticed on my bank statement, I had no emails, letters or any other contact from them to make me aware I had 'subscribed' to their 'service'. Scam

These people need to be arrested.

This is 100% fraud. They are paying to appear in the 1st search results of 'cancel contract BT' etc. This is theft plain and simple.

I called them and they have apparently refunded it, but we'll see if I get a refund.

The worst service I have ever received - I have been duped into monthly payments for a one-off letter that was didn't work (because the provider only accepts phone calls)!
I wish I could report them to some authority who police's the internet for scammers!

Cancel contract uk are nothing more than fraudsters full stop. I have no idea how they have managed to attach themselves to the big companies they seem to have done. The web site has an address in Ireland but they actually operate from Paris. I know this because I recently noticed a charge of £24.99 on my bank statement. Of course I searched immediately for this UK company that I had never heard of but we’re charging me £24.99. Called my bank nor really interested so decided to tackle myself. After very heated exchange by myself to a gentleman who would not really let me speak and point blank refused any sort of refund demanded to speak to the boss as he had expressed the fact that they were a big company, he agreed to get the boss to call me after which I had threatened to involve both the police and fraud department to my bank. Seconds after hanging up I received a call from Paris, the very same voice full of apology with the promise of an immediate refund for the past three months, dont know how I missed the other 2 transactions. To my delight the refund for the full amount was back in my account the very next day.....AVOID AVOID would be my advice but these scammers do it in such a way no one realises. Don’t give up fight them your money is not theirs. Really hope this helps.

Horrific! I have no idea why this company is linked with all these big established companies they are nothing but thieves and need to be avoided at all costs!

Cancelled my bt contract and was transferred to cancelcontract.uk paid £1-49 and thought that was it but then just noticed 2 payments of 24-90 go out of my account which in no way I'd have agreed to especially after losing my job, phoned them to cancel but no refunds, wouldn't use these money grabbing sods at all please stay away from them

Exactly the same as everyone else thought it was the official vodaphone cancel contract website and paid £1-49 then noticed £24-90 going out of my account! Called them and told them that nowhere did i see it was a subscription i was entering into and my Vodafone bill only came to £13 which is nearly half of what they are taking out my account! I was told they will cancel my subscription and will send me an email to confirm this i have not received said email as yet so will contact bank to stop them taking any more payments

Don't order! Was trying to cancel a mobile contract and ended up on their website. I filled a letter which looked like it was from the official website and paid £1.49. It was only after I received the order confirmation did I realise it wasn't the official company. It was the thought of not wanting to share documents with third party companies that I emailed them right away, asking to cancel the order and issue a refund. I'm glad I googled the name of the company and found reviews here and realised it could be worse since by paying that £1.49 we essentially agreed to a monthly subscription service (hidden in the T&C). So I called them right away and luckily the person who took my call was quite quick to say that she'll cancel my "subscription" and send me a confirmation email (which she did). Thanks to everyone who wrote reviews here and I wouldn't have acted that fast otherwise. If you also just made an order, call them now to cancel and ask for refund!

Needed to cancel sky contract. Due to virus had trouble getting through to them so went with these guys, why didnt I read reviews 1st took £25 out on subscription, complained and cancelled contract but wouldnt refund, then they blocked my calls. Trying to resolve through card company.. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Cowboys! As per the other reviews. I was in a rush as suddenly moving abroad and I didn't even realise I was using a third party to cancel Sky... it's not made very clear. Noticed £25 coming out of my account every month, as well as my Sky direct debit, as it hadn't actually been cancelled (apparently these guys just give you a letter for you to send to Sky to cancel, they don't actually process anything...). Spoke to my bank after they had frozen my card as they thought it was fraudulent. Then when I found out it was a third party I'd used to cancel my subscription, I went to their site to terminate that subscription, and they are STILL taking money from my account. Just spoke to them on the phone (the guy was unbelievably rude) and they said I hadn't cancelled tried to cancel my subscription with them and that I was lying...
These guys need to be shut down ASAP.

I’ve already left one review but things have got worse. I stupidly paid 2 months subscription I had just lost my dad and wanted to cancel his BT contract. I’ve had another Bt bill so it seems they haven’t even done what I paid them to do!!

Same as everyone else, and I work in the industry of building subscription products. They are using some very black tactics to trick you in parting with a subscription fee.

- it’s not made clear you are entering a subscription.
- they claim it’s a trial of 48 hours, .. for a cancellation letter
- it’s made to look or trick you in to thinking it’s the official way to cancel
- they don’t refund even within the 14 day cool off, or in my case 48 hours I ask for a refund

I’m so angry they are allowed to operate like this.

Exactly like the other reviews, accidentally used them to cancel a giffgaff contract (I thought it was the standard way that giffgaff used) was charged £1.67 and then 2 months later noticed I was being charged £24.90 a month!
What a scam!
They didn't even cancel the £5 a month giffgaff contract!
Have cancelled subscription (but how reliable is that to companies like this?) and messaged my credit card company to not pay any more.
Have also asked for refund - but how likely is that?!
Not as bad as a local council silly parking ticket but pretty close!

Total rip off. I was not aware that I was paying £25 a month. I did not receive any e mail confirmation that I had signed up.

They charge you £1.50 and don't make it obvious that they actually charge you £25 a month. Don't give them any of your bank details!

Their reply is a lie. They haven’t tried calling me. I had my bank do a charge back on them because it’s a scam. I don’t need anything resolved like they claim. Don’t trust them with any of your details
