I foolishly signed up for this then realised my mistake. I cancelled my bankcard and also contract from cancelcontract. Total scam. I don't understand why these people are allowed to operate.

It is a big scam
It is a big scam. I request anyone using them plz don't use them. I use one template to cancel my Vodafone broadband contract that I already cancelled by calling Vodafone. For that template I paid to them 1.49 and after few days they deducted 25 pounds from my account and even I use that service there is nothing mention about subscription or charges that one template cost me 26.5 pounds be aware.

My wife wanted to cancel sky but…
My wife wanted to cancel sky but somehow found these guys. After she paid the £1.49 which it said was for an outstanding balance, not a fee for a service, I quickly googled them to find the horror what she had done.
She has called them and actually got through to someone after 3-4 mins and they have said it's all cancelled. Here's hoping it is.

It is a scam
It is a scam. Will subscribe you to a monthly fee for a "Flashtemplate" site without any mention, trying to cancel this subscription leads to a 404 link (this has been apparently fixed since then, but it is a reflection of how shoddy this service is that it initially didn't work).
EDIT:
Also, let's add that they won't and literally CAN'T cancel some of the contracts (my experience was with a Virgin Media contract, who only accept direct phone cancellations).
They are also attempting to remove negative reviews.

Same thing happened to me
Same thing happened to me. Have emailed to cancel and tried 8 times to unsubscribe to no avail. Contacted my bank to stop any payments to them is that all I need to do as worried they send me threatening letters as I am over 80. Please reply if you have any advice for me

Exactly as per the other reviews. My elderly mum used this site, believing it was legit. The site is set up purely to dupe people out of money.
Edit: Over 2 years on the company have responded to the review, claiming they have made contact (they haven't) and are requesting further information in a bid to get my my review removed. I thought Trustpilot was intended to help make consumers make informed decisions based on the experiences of others? In my experience they always side with Businesses

Scam company do not use!!!!
Scam company do not use!!!!! I had to phone my bank as I was unsure why £24.90 had left my account and they traced the payment to this company. I am extremely careful what I sign up to and I had never signed anything to say that I agree with this company taking £24.90 from my credit card. MY ADVICE TO ANYONE IS AVOID!!!!

Con, trick, scam! Do not use. Though not strictly illegal it is a scam really. Avoid this company. Unless you read the whole contract/small print and are aware, after agreeing the £1.49 you will be charged another £24.90pm after the initial 48hours and a further £24.90 every month until you notice and cancel. How and why do Google let companies like this advertise? Revenue and they don't care! I'm as disappointed with Google as I am with cancel contract.

VODAPHONE CANCELLATION
I cancelled my vodafone contract and they said I owed £1.49 which I paid. This obviously gave them access to my bank account and next day they withdrew £29.40. I am unable to make contact with them. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

This is a scam company I stop all payments. The way they operate is to use the impossible cancellation process that all the big companies, Sky,Vodaphone etc employ to act on your behalf.
Sky etc must know about this and allow it
to continue.

A massive scam
A massive scam. Very hard to get them to cancel your contract while they keep taking the best part of £25 from your account every month until you spot the toe rags are in there. Contact your bank to cancel their access and contest the payments they have taken if you are feeling highly hopeful.
