SCAM!! Partner went to cancel our three broadband and was sent to the “cancel contract” website telling him he owed 1.49 or something of the sort. A few days to a week later they are trying to take 24.90 out of his bank, luckily his bank are asking if it’s genuine and hopefully can get the payments stopped. Do not trust.

What a scam
What a scam - they somehow conned me into paying £1.49 for a cancellation letter for EE and then said this indicated that I’d entered into a contract with them and took £24.99 from my account two days later.

What a loads of baddies - taken another payment yet still not answered my emails AND having told the co op bank not to allow any more payments out , another one has gone out today - I now have a 25 min wait in a queue to speak to the fraud customer service at the co op - account could be empty before I get through - no humans to talk too 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Untrustworthy site. AVOID!! They take your £1.49 fee that you agree to then take continuious payments of £24.90 each month by saving your bank detail without setting it as a direct debit.
I made this message to them and they instantly responded saying they are processing a refund. Hopefully this can help others....

Don't fall for this scam
I googled cancelling my BT broadband account and I appeared to be on the BT site, and it led me to the cancel contract site, where it creates a letter to BT on your behalf, charges you £1.49 which I stupidly believed to be the balance due to BT. I don't usually fall for stuff like this, so beware, it appears I signed up for a contract with these evil beings who will then charge me £24.90 per month. SCAM. Avoid like the plague, don't fall for it. I feel really stupid!!!!

AVOID THESE PARASITES
I cancelled my Sky Subscription back in December, and noticed this £24.90 payment come out of my account. At first, I didn’t think much of them, as I thought it was one of my Klarna payments. However, after digging a bit deeper and googling etc I found out what it was. What I did was ring 0300 808 4886 and explain my situation that I was extremely unhappy at these complete fraudsters and demand a refund. At first, they say they can’t give you a refund, but kept threatening legal action and then eventually got a refund of £49.80 and my contract with them cancelled. They’ve told me it should be refunded within 7 working days. As long as you hassle them, you will get some money back.

It's a total misleading don't pay as you will be cheated
It's a total misleading company they have charged me £1.49 for an automated letter of 1 line to cancel a contract with three and then three days later charged 24.99 of my account phoned them to cancel the transaction which is pending on my account which they are denying to do so, I asked what is there services and they just answers as various services , I recommend this false guided service should be blocked

AVOID VILE SITE
Not a scam site but very misleading and don’t provide a service at all. Charge 1.49 then 24.90 per month 3 days later just to send you templates but never actually cancel your subscription for what ever you tried to cancel. Paying google to advertise them at the top to basically con people out of money. Avoid at all costs. Would love to see the owner of this company face to face. Vile human
