Need to fix sensors lower than you’d think, otherwise grandma doesn’t trigger them. Either that or she’s crawling past to deliberately confuse us?

Very easy to install, and the monitoring website has clear design and is easy to understand.
The phone app is slightly less clear but still useful.

I found this through a Google search and we are really pleased with it so far. My elderly widowed father lives on his own and is profoundly deaf - to the point where he cannot hear the landline unless he is standing right next to it. We can only really communicate with him by email, so the additional peace of mind of tracking his movements round the house is priceless. We bought 4 sensors so we can track bedroom/bathroom movements, when he gets up and goes downstairs and when he is in the kitchen. A godsend!

The unobtrusive system we chose of sensors is excellent and helped my moms family keep a watch on things and keep her independent in her own home.The speed of delivery was also most impressive as was the canary care helpline when we had a question about setting the system up which is very easy.

Absolutely fantastic service. The technical support team (I spoke to Stuart and Barbara) could not have been more helpful, I had the system up and running in no time at all. The setup was simple, and the online dashboard provides real-time status information on movements in the room, from any computer. As I live over 100 miles away from my mum this is invaluable. Sensors also report temperature which is a nice touch. The installation is discreet and hardly noticeable. I can happily recommend this system and this great company.

Nothing to say--the system worked as promised.

The system is barely noticeable and minimally intrusive to my mother and has given myself and my brother huge peace of mind. Both of us live outside the UK and had become concerned when we are unable to contact our mother by phone. We check the Canary Care site frequently and can see how mobile she is. If minimal movement is detected, we can contact neighbours or health professionals immediately.

A great product and a great service. Possibly a little bit dearer than it needs to be.

Really happy with this system! Easy to set up and customer service excellent! I have other care on call systems in place as a daughter looking after mum with dementia and trying to keep her as independent as I can. This system lets me keep an eye on her without being too intrusive! Would highly recommend!

Top notch system for monitoring your vulnerable loved ones without being too intrusive. Excellent service, system and aftercare follow up. The price is very reasonable.

I'm in a different flat to my partner so this has made a huge difference! I am able to follow my partner's sleep pattern as well as know which part of the apartment he's in at all times - and let's not forget the alert on the front door, no more going out in the middle of the night without my knowing!!
I'd strongly recommend it to anyone who needs this type of care.
