I’ve had a really positive experience with Concept Fertility Clinic and wanted to share how grateful I am, especially to Claire Rudd.

From the very beginning, Claire has been absolutely amazing. She is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She always took the time to respond to my questions, no matter how small, and explained everything in a way that made me feel calm and reassured.

Going through fertility concerns can be quite emotional and sometimes overwhelming, but Claire made the whole process feel so much more manageable. Her support, empathy, and genuine care really stood out to me. I never felt rushed or like just another patient—she made me feel heard and truly supported.

Communication was always excellent, and I always felt I could reach out and get a helpful, thoughtful response. That level of care makes such a difference during a time like this.

I would highly recommend Concept Fertility Clinic to anyone considering fertility support, and I honestly can’t thank Claire enough for everything she’s done. She’s a real credit to the clinic.

When do we even begin,after two failed rounds at a clinic in Prague we were at a loose end on what to do next.After some research on independent IVF clinics in the UK we came across Concept Fertility.We always knew we never wanted to go down the root of multi site clinics as this whole process is so personal and we didn't want to be another statistic or patient on the books.

We initially had an online consultation with Mr. Kamal Ojha, he went over all previous cycles and also our most recent semen analysis. Within the consultation there was a plan, supplements to try to improve sperm count and concentration (which we had never had discussed with us before) and a very loose plan of action with realistic time frames.No question was to much and time was never a concern,we finished that call looked at each other and knew this was the clinic for us. Logistically it wasn't... but that was never going to stop us, we'd travelled on a plane for less.

The time had come to sign paperwork, pay initial fees and start to mentally prepare ourselves for yet another round. Of course we were anxious,our first two rounds resulted in OHSS,30+ eggs collected and ending Day 5 with one single poorly graded embryo,we were hopeful but we were not expecting miracles. By this time my husband had been on supplements for 2 weeks, he was already feeling the health benefits so we were really hoping this would also show on his next semen analysis.

Within 4 weeks we were entering our first cycle, the whole process was stress free and we were ready to start.Meds delivered and organised, appointment dates and times highlighted on calendar and alarms set on phones to start stims..It was time to start round three,putting behind us all the stress and disappointment of our last two attempts. From the blood tests with Brenda to multiple scans with Emily & Mariana,every member of staff who we met were so caring and friendly and individually made the whole process that little less daunting.

The clinic never really felt like a medical environment, not even the theatre.It was calm and relaxed and even the doctors would come to you with open arms remembering your journey asif they were personally on it with you.Dr Onur Basegmez our chats about Turkey,hair transplants and how frustrating Putney bridge traffic in the morning is will always hold a special place,and you was right..by the time your hair did grow back, I am holding my baby 🙂

Our first round resulted in two average graded embryos,we were called daily by Fran the embryologist who was so happy to answer any questions and was always so positive. She assured us those two embryos had the ability to make miracles. We transferred our first 5BC embryo in December '24...two pink lines, the first we'd seen after three years of TTC, Unfortunately like so many pregnancy we were back to being a statistic. 1 in 4, our baby had stopped growing at 10 weeks. The clinic were so supportive regularly touching base to see how we both were,offering counselling (use of the one free session) and reassuring us that it was nothing we had done and when the time was right they were there to try again with the remaining embryo that we had frozen.

We had a follow up consultation with Mr. Kamal Ojha and he again reassured us this does happen and that he would advise us to take some time to reconnect and to process what has happened. We went on holiday and connected as a couple and in June '25 we transferred our final 5BC+ embryo...again two lines,we were anxious but excited,12 week scan approached and we were worried that history would repeat itself but thankfully it didn't,one strong heartbeat and measuring gestationally ahead.Fast forward 36 weeks and 4 days and our little boy decided he'd waited long enough and entered the world.

Little Oliver was classed as premature but topped the scales at a healthy 7lb 3oz and passed all testing with flying colours. Our family is now complete and we would have never have got here without the amazing team at Concept Fertility,we cannot thank you enough for everything you've done for us and making our dream of becoming parents come true.

I highly recommend Concept Fertility. We contacted Concept Fertility when we struggled to conceive with our second pregnancy. From the first consultation, we felt genuinely cared for, listened to, and supported every step of the way. The entire team was professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each stage of the process and answer all of our questions.

Throughout our entire journey and pregnancy there was a high the level of personalised care, the staff checked in regularly and made us feel supported.

We were fortunate enough to have a successful transfer, pregnancy and a healthy baby boy. We are beyond grateful for the help from the clinic to complete our family.

We came to Concept Fertility in our late 30s (me) and mid 40s (my husband), feeling quite demoralised after years of trying, but still holding on to hope. I had been diagnosed with endometriosis late and also had low AMH, which made the journey feel even more challenging.

From the start, Dr Devi gave us a tailored protocol that worked well for us—especially during our second cycle. Throughout the process, Dr Onur and Emily carried out our scans with great care, always explaining everything clearly and giving us much-needed encouragement and reassurance.

We never struggled to find appointments, which was incredibly helpful given that I work standard office hours. The embryology team, and Oriol in particular, were always very clear in their communication, helping us understand each step of the process.

Dr Ojha performed our final transfer, which resulted in the birth of our healthy and strong baby girl—something we will be forever grateful for. In total, we went through two fresh transfers and one frozen transfer. We still have embryos frozen and are now considering PGT-A before our next step, especially now that the clinic offers it.

Overall, we felt respected, supported, and truly cared for throughout our journey. We are incredibly grateful to Dr Ojha, Dr Devi, Dr Onur, Emily, Oriol, Brenda, Sara, Carl, and the entire team at Concept Fertility.

The team are warm, competent and compassionate. My husband and I chose to go down the route of IUI. I have a very low reserve so I wasn’t feeling overly hopeful. The first round was unsuccessful, however we very quickly entered into the second round. The medication and timing was spot on and quickly discovered that I was pregnant with triplets! The team kept in contact throughout my pregnancy and even after which I thought was a really nice touch! Despite it being a mentally tough journey, my overall experience was very positive and I would highly recommend them.

Rate concept & the staff highly. It was a very emotional journey and they treated me & my husband with respect and kindness throughout treatment. We are extremely happy to say that our third FET worked and we are now the proud parents of a beautiful baby boy thanks to Concept and Dr Onur.

I had IVF treatment at Concept Fertility and after 4 transfers, I finally have a beautiful, amazing baby girl! The reason I chose this clinic out of all the clinics in London, is because it is the only clinic who accepts women with a higher BMI to have fertility treatment (which in my head is unbelievable in this day and age!). I really respect the clinic for that as BMIs don't mean anything in terms of fertility but moving on... Anyway, the staff were mostly friendly. I would say the reception team could be a bit more welcoming. All the nurses and doctors were wonderful. I went through a lot during the 2.5 years I was using the clinic for treatment and I would say they were mostly there for me when I needed them. 1 or 2 times I felt that they could have done better but all in all, I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

We are very greatful to Dr Onur Basegmez and his team, Mariana, Emily, and embryologists Oriol, Fran and Miriam, for making our dream come true. We have our beautiful boy now and are over the moon. Thank you!

After 5 years of trying to conceive and much research, we decided to use Concept and I’m so glad we did. Everybody was so friendly, and determined to help us achieve our dream of being parents. Understandably I was very anxious going into this process, but our appointments with Dr Onur were so relaxed, and we were made to feel like family. I am so pleased to say 12 days ago our little Ollie has arrived and made our family complete. We are so grateful to Concept, as without them he would not be here. After years of trying to get pregnant, various tests and consultations with the NHS and other clinics, we were eventually successful through Concept, so our experience has turned out to be very positive! From start to finish, the whole process was made as smooth as possible for us. It was always easy to book appointments which suited work schedules. Concept Fertility IUI Treatment

We are a same sex couple aged 37 years old that used Concept Fertility Clinic for our fertility treatment in 2024.
Staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and went through all the different treatment options and we were able to make a decision to go with IUI based on their recommendations.
We had regular scans and tests as part of our journey and the communication with the clinic was very easy using their online portal.
IUI procedure was extremely straight forward and we luckily got pregnant on the very first attempt and we now have our beautiful baby girl.
We are so grateful for Concept Fertility Clinic giving us this opportunity to start our own family and would wholeheartedly recommend their services for anyone seeking fertility treatment.
