First RV was defective. Got a „double checked“ replacement vehicle but this one had problems with the water pump and needed a mobile technician. Spent more than a day on phone and mail instead of enyoing our holidays.

Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful staff, good run through, RV was excellent. No time wasting and return was painless, would recommend.

The staff is very polite and helpful, the motorhome is superbly equipped and in very good condition. It had no defects, and everything worked perfectly. We were helped quickly and easily with a minor issue with the vehicle. Highly recommended. This was already our second trip with Canadreams.

The RV was in very good condition. Everything was very well explained. Pickup and return was super easy and personnel was friendly. We did not have any issues with the RV during our road trip that lasted 4 weeks.

Die zugebuchte küchenausstattung für drei Personen bestand aus zwei Gabeln. Ansonsten war alles dreimal vorhanden außer kaffeebecher oder tiefe Teller die waren gar nicht da. Wir haben für 22 Tage gebucht und hätten fast einen Ölwechsel nach 3000 km selber
machen müssen. Bei der Fahrzeugübernahme defekte Batterie. Es wird eine Endreinigung innen- und außen erwartet es sei denn man kauft für viel Geld ein extra Paket, aber bekommen haben wir trotzdem ein ziemlich dreckiges Wohnmobil.
Technisch war das Wohnmobil bei uns Ordnung, Bei anderen Campern von canadream klemmten die Türschlösser und es regnet da rein. Glück gehabt. In dieser preisklasse ist die erwartungshaltung natürlich etwas höher.

The reservation process, check in and return were easy and smooth. Condition of vehicle was great. Suggested itineraries and discounts were really useful.
Feedback would be to lift the quality of the bedding provided. The pillows and sheets weren't great quality.

What a wonderful honeymoon we had. The customer service at Calgary (pickup) and drop off at Vancouver. 21 nights and so happy with the service.

The F350 was only 3 months old, 12,000kms. 10 speed auto, 6.7 duromax and so easy to drive and park. When parking get passenger to back you in as it’s 4 metres tall. There’s heaps of space in the F350. I’m sure you can fit 6 people in it. The camper was wonderful with everything we needed. It had a shower toilet stove cooktop large fridge king size bed large dining and large windows. It had plenty of cupboards which was terrific. Even room for our suitcases.

We got the platinum package so we could drop off and CanaDream washes and cleans it. Make sure you roughly calculate your kms for your trip. It’s 0.47 cents for extra kms over. We also purchased chairs linen kit kitchen kit drip coffee and toaster. But remember you can only use the drip filter coffee machine and toaster when you’re connected to power.

All in all everything worked well and our honeymoon was wonderful.

This was my first time at all to rent a RV.
I can say, it was amazing, terrific. I was surprised how easy to drive and serve the big car. Automatic transmission makes drive helpful, so I could look all the beautiful nature. The car makes possible we enjoyed our three weeks vacation and see the east coust of the country.

2 mois d' attente au retour de notre voyage pour recevoir un courriel en Anglais de Bradeley Adams ( il fallait déjà deviner dans les spams qu' il s agit de Canadream ! ) informant que ma caution de 3283 $ ne me sera pas restituée, vu qu' un camping cariste a légèrement percuté notre rétroviseur gauche en voulant se garer en marche arrière à côté de notre véhicule( alors que nous n' ètions même pas à l' intérieur au moment de l impact) !
Aucun document, même pas la facture de réparation joint à ce courriel, pour que je puisse instruire une demande complète d 'indemnisation à mon assurance bancaire !!!!
Quelle abbération écologique si réellement ce rétroviseur été changé ( j attends toujours la facture de réparation), pour une griffure invisible pour un non averti au dos du rétroviseur qui présentaient déjà d' autres marques plus voyantes avant notre voyage !
Moralité nous aurions mieux fait de ne pas perdre notre temps pour faire ce constat ! Canadream n aurait rien remarqué et je ne serais pas maintenant à me battre avec mon assurance bancaire pour espérer une indemnisation !
il est bien dommage qu' aucune information n est faite au moment de l inscription pour informer les clients que chaque partie est responsable des dommages causés à son véhicule, quelle que soit les fautes respectives dans l' état de Colombie Britannique où se trouve l' agence de Vancouver !

Wir haben 5 Wochen lang einen Truck Camper gemietet und waren begeistert! Der Truck und der Wohnaufbau waren nagelneu und bestens ausgestattet (ist erst 8 000km gefahren!).
Die Angestellten von CanaDream waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sogar als wir einen Schaden an der Windschutzscheibe melden mussten. Alles unkompliziert abgelaufen.
Nur der Hotspot, den wir dazu gemietet haben, hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Würde ich nie mehr buchen!

The collection area was undermanned so despite paying for a pre determined collection time, this was missed. This was not a big issue, but the condition of the RV was poor. Cracked windscreen, key for an external locker door broken which meant the door and luggage could not be secured, damaged cabinets, privacy screen incorrect, wat er damage to the over cab sleeping area, and the RV had dirty floor and walls on collection which I had to clean. This is in stark contrast to a prior experience with canadream which was great. I'd think about alternative options before going with canadream again.

We were led to believe we would get a nearly new, low mileage RV, but with 77,000 miles on the clock, ours had been well used; you only discover issues when you've driven away. Our RV had a bit of play in the steering which was interesting on rough roads! The RV did not appear to have been cleaned, or not very well, the floor was filthy, the shower wasn't clean so we ended up buying cleaning agent and a mop from Walmart and giving it a thorough clean the first night of our 2 week holiday!! We left the mop for the next occupier. Double bed wasn't the most comfortable but we made the best of our holiday and saw many lovely places on the sunshine coast of BC and Vancouver Island. An ideal way to see many places without having to move hotel every day or so, pack and repack etc but in high season you need to pre-book popular campsites as just turning up is not always an option. This was our first RV holiday and probably our last.

Overall a great service and experience. We’ve used the company 5 times and keep coming back.

The service was great. They check the RV before for damages and check after. They are extremely correct and polite. They gave you all informations.

Everything from the communication before through to drop off made the process feel supported and easy.
The motorhome we hired was as expected and led to us having an amazing time.
One piece of feedback - the drivers seats should be height adjustable!! I am 5’10 and still required a cushion under me to feel comfortable

First time renting an RV and CanaDream Vancouver made it easy and a pleasure.
