These guys went above and beyond and personally delivered a cryocuff for my partner after surgery when the shipping was delayed. Couldn't be more grateful and highly recommend them for speedy and reliable service.

I have been using Canadian medical store now for over 6 months and find them very accommodating in when changes are needed.

When the item arrived it had a faulty piece. I contacted Canadian Medical Store and a new replacement was at more door within a week. No questions, just a solution.

Terrible my package not only was a week late shipping it now says delivered and it isn’t delivered to me and of course you can get a hold of no assistance from
company or delivery service I hope they aren’t as careless with non emergency medical supplies. I am very unimpressed and now get to spend another two weeks making my injury worse as my expected support has not arrived again! And I have to leave home to go to work.

My first experience with Canadian Medical Store in Vancouver, BC.

After choosing the « ByAcre Carbon Ultralight Rollator », it was very easy to order online, and the customer service was quick and courteous.

A positive experience that I recommend without hesitation.

I always have great experiences with my purchases, am happy with the products, and have been using this store for a couple of years.

No complaints about the quality of the product. But delay of delivery is a major issue. I placed the order on November 6th, and at the moment I was told to expect delivery within 2-5 days. Two weeks later no delivery no updates from vendor. I had to send 2 emails before I get response from vendor. Eventually the item was delivered 26 days after the order was placed.

Quality item at a great price. Small issue but was addressed quickly.

The wait from purchase to delivery was about three weeks, but I am okay with that considering they had the item I needed for less than 50% of where I can find it anywhere else. My pharmacy doesn’t carry the size I needed and every online store was insanely prices. I will be ordering again and am very much appreciative of this shop, thank you so much!

I have Previously left review regarding, refund and restocking fees. The maegment got involved and corrected the issue and issued full refund on the first order as i was advised. I also received call to apologize for the miscommunication . I must admit resolving the issue is good and reflects on good intention and of course error do happen. Thanks for taking the time to resolve the issue.

Did not receive updates nor tracking on my order. When I eventually reached out 4 business days later, after not receiving anything; I was told they’ll look into it. I was eventually told it was on back order and then it was sent the following day. Better communication would’ve been appreciated without having to chase after the company.

Simple - received exactly what I ordered within days. Reasonable pricing. I will deal with Canadian Medical again.

Thank you, Ahmed, for your excellent customer service! The product I had ordered from United Canada was lost in transit and it would take another 3 weeks at least to receive the re-order. Ahmed from Canadian Medical Store found the same product in their stock (bonus, it was on sale!) and delivered it to a pick-up location in Dunbar the very same day that I called them. When I picked it up from the convenience store, he spotted the clerk helping me to my car. He introduced himself and carried the heavy box the rest of the way. Thank you so much!!

I was also very impressed that Canadian Medical Store had the Tena small size product in stock. It is very difficult to find. I'll definitely be re-ordering from Canadian Medical store in the future. Ahmed recommended a subscription which offers a discount and would ensure I always have sufficient product in the future.
