Ordered a raised toilet seat on March 12, was told I would receive item in about 4 business days. Item sat in stock in their warehouse for 10 days before they notified Fedex to pick it up. It finally shipped on March 23rd and I received it on April 7th. I called CMS several times about this delay in shipping and of course they blamed Fedex when in fact it was their issue and not once did they return my call as promised. Horrible customer service!

Extremely poor customer service, if I could give minus stars for this review, I would.
My experience with Canadian Medical Store has been extremely disappointing and concerning, especially for a company that sells medical equipment people depend on for their health.

I placed an order on February 12 for a replacement hose for a medical device that I rely on daily. My original hose had broken, making this a medically necessary and time-sensitive purchase. Despite that, weeks passed without the item being shipped or delivered.

I contacted customer service multiple times to check on the status of my order. Each time I was told someone would get back to me, and at one point I was even told the item would be sent express due to the delay. That never happened. As of March 12, I still have not received the product.

When a company sells medical supplies, delays like this are not just inconvenient — they can directly impact someone’s health and well-being. The lack of urgency, follow-through, and communication from this company is extremely troubling.

At this point, I would strongly encourage Canadian Medical Store to address this situation immediately and improve their fulfillment and customer service processes. Customers ordering essential medical equipment should not have to chase down their orders for weeks.

Ordered from the U.S. using PayPal. Order was processed and shipped very quickly and email notifications for shipping, tracking, and delivery status were excellent.

When I ordered a box of dressings which were fairly urgently needed, I didn’t realize that they were out of stock. When I contacted the company, Ruki was extremely helpful. We were able to find an alternative solution and they arrived the next day. I couldn’t be more grateful for the help and the excellent service.

I placed an order, paid for the order, and it was confirmed on Feb. 12, 2026, and now it is Feb. 25, and I have still not received my order. Phone calls were unanswered, and inspite of detailed messages left on their answering machine, with a promise to return my call, I have not had a return call. After a couple of unanswered emails, the email I wrote yesterday, Feb. 24, finally got a reply on Feb. 25. They appologized for the delay saying I should receive my order by this week. and "once it has been shipped they would send me a tracking number". From this last comment, it would seem that they never did send the order after confirmind receipt of the order on Feb. 12!!! No explanation was made of why it was not sent. As of Feb. 25, 10:00pm, I have not yet received notice that my order has been shipped.
I find this kind of service and customer service to be very unacceptable, especially with the promise of it being in the mail in 2-5 business days, AND ESPECIALLY WHEN THE ORDER WAS REQUIRED TO TAKE CARE OF A SERIOUS MEDICAL NEED.

We ordered a product on Feb 13 with delivery by Feb 23, due to a statury holiday. After receiving a tracking number from a Courier, I checked on it for 3 days and it hadn't even left . I contacted the store and let them know their Courier is not doing anything. They switched to another carrier and our product arrived on time. This cost the store additional money forbthe different Courier. To CANADIAN MEDICAL STORE i say KUDOS to you l and your staff. You truly looked after us. I apologize if I was upset when I originally called. You truly do stand behind your advertizing. Thank you and again and I will certainly recommend your store.
