Had the pleasure of dealing with the entire staff of both the sales and lettings teams for over 10 years now!

Managing several residential properties for us, it has been a blissful experience thus far; in particular Ketan Tailor (Lettings Manager) where we have become friends yet still maintain that professional service and care.

Strongly recommend and couldn’t leave a stronger view.

The woman I dealt with (Nicola Tadman) she was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She lacked basic communication skills. I went for a viewing for a 1bdr property in West Drayton. They accepted my offer to rent the place however they retracted the offer a week later with very little explanation. I tried to open some form of communication with Nicola however she completely ignored any of my concerns or questions, I understand that there may be reasons to retract an offer, but basic manners is a bare minimum when dealing with any company. I also paid a holding fee which I was told would be refunded. It has been over a week and Cameron have still kept my money which shows further dishonesty from this estate agent. This is a terrible estate agent that should invest in training their staff basic customer service skills.

The company found this review so embarrassing that they made an attempt to fabricate 10 new reviews after my reviews. All made within the past day. (22 to 23 Sept) Clearly a desperate attempt to hide the multiple terrible reviews this company has on Trust pilot.

The issue in question wasn't the reason my property was rejected. It was the lack of communication and overall robot like responses from Nicola. I tried to engage with Nicola on the phone to understand the situation. She was rude and dismissive. You're dealing with people not numbers. Try and show some empathy.

I am Landlord of 56B B...close...Rd, and my name is Amir Ham...d. I am giving this information so the company can easily identify me. I originally had full management letting agreement with Cameron Estate Agents in West Drayton, London, which is currently changed to Rent collect letting agreement. My relationship started with them a year ago.

The company has committed following deceptive, arrogant and unacceptable acts (documentary evidence available):

1. Making tenant to switch off the electric water heater (through their engineers) and then reporting “no hot “water in My property.
2. Sending their engineer (they call them sergeants) to my property without my permission under the guise of “emergency” to look at the issue they created themselves purposefully to charge me for the work, through their engineer. I have independent engineer report as proof. I also had informed them. I have emergency insurance.
3. Invoicing me for the visit of their engineer in emergency , while I had emergency insurance
4. Ignoring or not answering my questions in emails when challenged about their tactics and behavior, and diverting real issues through lies and false statements.
5. Over charging me for their commission and making me go through onerous process to claim it back
6. All the above has caused, and is still causing me tremendous distress and financial loss.
7. When I complained their staff and even chief executive behaved in a arrogant way and falsely accusing me of inappropriate behavior rather than reply to my complaint. Then dismissed my claims without reason even when I presented documentary evidence of all above.

If they reply to this, you will see the arrogance in their reply and the baseless accusations they make.
I am putting this review in the public interest to make them aware in good faith. To all landlords out there who are in business with them, please be vigilant and extremely careful. To all those thinking of doing business with them, do it at your own peril. Judge it for yourself.

If I could give these horrific agents a - I would. I lived in the same property for 10 year. I unfortunately couldn’t move as had a drop in income so was trapped with no repairs ever being done on the property there rude almost verging on nasty staff never giving a dam. When I finally moved out because the property got sold I was told I had to have the house professionally cleaned even though the house was sold and not getting rented out again. The new owners had already said they were ripping everything out, I had to spend £390 on getting a house cleaned for carpets and kitchen to be gutted. When trying to get my deposit back they tired billing me for all sorts of petty things again which was at no loss to the previous owner as the house was already sold! Absolutely disgusting creatures who work for this company. The staff there never stay long I think I had a new property manager each year each one seeming worst than that last! If you can rent through any other agent I would strongly advise you do!

If you want poor service this is the estates agents for you!! The sale manager Ahmad was very unhelpful, rude and pushy, if I could give a zero star I would of and completely waisted our time! Be warned!

This agency is not trust worthy, you make a contract with them and sign inventory, now when try to contact them back with regards to issues such as house cleaning mouldy walls, there response will being, “deal with it” not literally but they will not make any effort to help you further, the agents in west Drayton branch are the worst, yes they will frustrate you to your limits! And most of the time landlords gang up with them to snitch money out of your deposit in the end. Typical pathetic mindset of the landlord agent “couple” !!

Our landlord decided to sale a flat which we currently renting so we choose local agents - Cameron - West Drayton to try and find new place. From first steps in we felt most welcomed. Ketan Tailor was managing our case - quick questionnaire to get to know our preferences etc and within my first visit he managed to confirm first viewing for us followed by two more in next three days. During that time we were well informed about all aspects of renting and referencing check process. So with that in mind and new place sorted now we want to say Cameron crew are superb to work with, professional guys, efficiency and communication at top level. Very poor service. Was not phoned back for over a week, finally managed to book a viewing and then day before I was told that someone else took the property and my appointment was cancelled. I have been waiting for over a week to sort this with them and not once did they mention any holding fees! Will not be contacting them again.

The worst estate agent I delt with, no customer service, customer has to do all phone calls and followups they only take commission

The worst estate agents I've dealt with. These guys are pushy and shady, they forward your information on to other companies and services who in turn contact you. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some sort of data mining going on here, this company is more concerned about your details than their properties. They will message you 5/6 times to get information from you, but in turn - aren't forward about giving information about the property.
Unfortunately they prove all the stereotypes about estate agents absolutely correct, wouldn't feel comfortable doing anything with Cameron.

Worst experience ever.

We arrived into a house that was dirty and a we just got a cleaning lady during one morning so no professional cleaning.

The house had holes in the walls because they had removed all TVs (that were supposed to stay!) and they were painting and dirt on the wall as well. In the toilet we had some dirty towels that we ask Cameron's permission to dispose and they say yes. On the freezer we had one drawer broken when we arrived.

We took all of that the best we could. But the worst came when we had to live. they tried by all means to charge us 1000 GBP for the holes, the drawer, painting dirty and even for the towels, saying that they had disappeared (thank god we had the agreement to dispose them by email!). They even said that as we left and extra mirror in one room, they were going to charge us for removing as it was not there before (it was crazy!!!!).

In the end we ended up paying 300 for a professional cleaner after weeks of long emails because we could not fight anymore. Of course that was not right as we never had one!

On top all of that, one of us forgot to stop the direct payment for the housing and Cameron Estate Agents say that they would only return the money if we would pay an extra 50 for the inconvenience. We had then to pay it. MAD!
