Was told at 11am that the property had completed by one of the Cwmbran staff and should hand in the keys only to be told by my solisitor that the property hadnt yet completed and was confirmed by her at 1.40pm

I would just like to give Luke from One 2 One estate agents the credit he deserves.
I was extremely anxious & a little sad to be selling my home of nearly 40 years .
From the day I met Luke to the final stages of the sale he has treated me with care & consideration . His knowledge of the business & empathetic approach to the sale has been overwhelming.

Luke Saunders met me at a property i was interested in, he was on time and was very knowledgeable about the property. He answered any questions i had. I made an offer and this was put forward promptly to the vendor. A very friendly/ professional service.

Gave us plenty of time to view the property without feeling rushed. All in all it has been a great help having One to One on our side! Would highly recommend!

Full credit to Luke and the great team at one2one without a doubt the best estate agents around! Gold standard services right there way throughout the house buying process. Luke’s ability to scour the available properties and collate a list for a buyers needs comes second to none. He’s a credit to one2one and should be very proud of the service he provides.
As a first time buyer he calmed and anxieties or nerves my partner and I had and ensure that if the answers were not readily available they were found in a more than timely manner.
Luke went so far as to assist in the mortgage aspect of moving as well as helping with solicitors.
As most will understand moving can be an arduous process but Luke made it feel as streamlined as possible and ensured we were kept in the loop for even the smallest of updates.

Niall, Zach and the one2one team helped my mother set up her mortgage, life insurance and will before passing away this year. She spoke very highly of the support they provided for her. One2one provided incredible assistance with processing the life insurance claim, and I cannot put into words how valuable their support has been to me during this tough time. I don't know where I would have been without them!

What a great bunch at One 2 One. Friendly courteous and thoroughly professional from the initial enquiry of a valuation right through to closing the sale of my property. First viewing we received an offer and agreed a sale. We were kept informed and up to date through the whole process. The staff were very respectful of my property when conducting viewings etc. A big Thankyou to Megan and all the team for treating us like we were they're only clients.
