Cactus kingdom was awesome. I wanted to buy a specific setup for a friends 50th and they helped me throughout the whole process. Customer service was excellent and my friend was super happy.

Got exactly what I wanted, tracking was perfect. I ordered some wild collected Peruvian Torch seeds. Label on the seeds just said T.P (trichocerus Peruvianus). Would 5 if that little detail gets sorted out. Just to make sure I got exactly what I ordered. Cutting arrived pretty wilted, to be expected to ensure a good scab so it doesn't rot when placed on dry soil. I'll order again for sure!

Pour ce qui est des semences elles sont de bonnes qualités. Le point négatif est que la préparation de la commande prend beaucoup de temps. Lorsque l'ont paie un supplément pour une livraison rapide et que la préparation prend un peu plus d'une semaine c'est un peu fâchant d'avoir payé. Pour le reste tout est parfait.

Service was smooth and prompt. I haven't started my seeds yet, but I look forward to great products!

Shipping is quite slow considering that I live 2 hr away.

Friendly and responsive to emails. Items were healthy and as advertised. Shipment arrived in Nov with a heat pack that was still warm and the package was well sealed to hold heat.

I am very pleased with the cactus I received, they were in excellent condition, I got them within 5 days.
Now 2 weeks later they have recovered really well and now a bit bigger.
I am really happy with delivery service did an excellent job.

Product came as advertised, with fast shipping too.

Fantastic, and prompt!!

Fun seed selection, great customer service, and premium cactus substrate that can't be beat! What more could you ask for? Seeds germinate and are true to what is ordered. I've had wonderful support from this business through shipping problems. My cacti and succulents have never looked better, since transplanting them into Cactus Kingdom premium substrate over a year ago! It's the perfect medium for a chronic over-waterer like me. ;-)

Plants all arrived healthy and they look good. I got a mystery box and I like the ones I got.

I recived my cactus very well protected &in great shape ! I was a little disapointed in the fact that it did not have a tuft in the middle of its crown like the one in the picture . But I relize that cactus kingdom must have a large volume of sales and canot please everyone . Still I was pleased with what I recived & made another purches right away ! This order too was processed very efficiently & exactly as showin .I would higly recommend them to anyone . There delivery service is the best I have ever experinced ! They also should get 5 stars ! I belive they where called Dragon Fly

I ordered just before the mail strike from cactus kingdom and one of their competitors. My order from cactus kingdom came with no problems. The other company wanted an extra $80 to deliver.

Received a very healthy little guy. He is big and juicy no problems or pests.
