Garbage seeds, garbage customer service.
They sell garbage seeds then blame the buyer. I had bought another 30 seeds somewhere else 2 weeks after and sowed those hand have 21 pop so far from them. The seller still blames me for not knowing how to sprinkle seeds.

Firstly, it’s worth noting the irony that you yourself mentioned achieving over 80% germination with the first batch of seeds — yet this was never acknowledged publicly or in any feedback. The second batch, by your own account, did not perform as expected for reasons that remain unclear.
We’d like to clarify that our seeds are regularly tested for viability, and we stand by their quality. Germination outcomes can vary widely depending on factors such as soil composition, temperature, light, and watering — all of which are beyond our control once the seeds leave our facility.
Additionally, when we requested details about your methods or photos to help troubleshoot, there was a reluctance to share any information.
We’re always happy to assist and even offer replacements when customers are reasonable, courteous, and act in good faith. However, respectful communication is essential — rudeness, threats, or defamatory comments make constructive resolution impossible.

It was a pleasure to shop at Cactus Kingdom,their experience and service is a five star.However after a month since I put my order I have not received anything,no message from postal service or costumes.It might be confiscated by costumes in Norway or lost here.
At september 25 I finally got a message from our postal service that the parcel was ready to pick up.I do blaim the postal service and/or costumer for this delay.Cactus kingdom did an excellent service.

Easy to purchase
Easy to purchase, and quick shipping. Emailed them a question about my order, they replied within a couple hours. So far so good, seeds have already started popping, after only a week.

I was expecting larger cactus pads
I was expecting larger cactus pads. The ones I was expecting came from large species but were very small. I understand some plants are naturally smaller species but I expected a bit more. Hard to grow a large species of cactus when the mother pads are 3” wide.

Neil, it’s unclear what the original expectation was. Initially, you asserted that we had sent different items, but after we provided photos clearly matching the listing, the tone of the discussion changed. You ordered $8 cactus pads... and we even included extra pads as a courtesy. This is the first time we’ve received a complaint of this kind. Expectations should be managed accordingly.

J’ai commander un lot de 8cactus /…
J’ai commander un lot de 8cactus / 8succulentes. J’ai reçu seulement 16cactus. J’ai envoyé un e-mail pour leur dire que j’avais reçu seulement des cactus. Il m’as dit que ses leurs choix et qu’ils n’avaient plus de succulentes.
Ils auraient dû m’aviser de la situation et c’est à moi de prendre la décision.
Maintenant , j’ai trop de cactus et aucune succulentes. 😩

Sur cette page produit, nous proposons des cactus, des succulentes ou un mélange des deux. Le ratio n’est pas toujours de 50/50, car notre priorité est d’envoyer les plantes les plus saines et les plus belles disponibles. Cela signifie qu’il peut parfois y avoir plus de cactus ou plus de succulentes, selon ce qui est en meilleur état. Dans votre commande, nous avons inclus une sélection de cactus qui se distinguaient par leur taille et leur apparence exceptionnelles — certains étaient en floraison et d’autres étaient même plus grands que la taille commandée, offerts à titre de courtoisie. Nous nous excusons si cela n’a pas été suffisamment clair lors de votre achat.

So happy with my purchases
So happy with my purchases! Repeat customer. I bought pumice and cactus succulent potting soil. My plants are thriving! The only strange thing (maybe this is normal? I'm a new plant parent!) is that the product isn't packaged - it comes in zip lock bags -but otherwise love and will buy more product as soon as I run out!

Received a wonderful Lophophora Williamsii specimen!
Ordered an LW seedling and some seeds, my order was shipped quickly and arrived within 2 weeks. My LW seedling was a healthy color when I received it even though it was probably in a the back of a truck for a day or two. The seeds I received are definitely viable and a few have already sprouted. Over all a positive experience!

cold tolerance
I suspect the items will not survive -30 to -40 Celsius like I'll force them to! I'm still on the hunt for eastern prickly pears that can & WILL survive the winters of Edmonton, Alberta even if I have to continue the hunt for many more years!

We are genuinely puzzled by these comments. The exact plants ordered—cold-hardy Eastern Prickly Pears—were shipped. Now, for some reason, their winter hardiness is being questioned? These hardiness limits are not arbitrary; they are established by professional researchers at the Canadian Forestry Service. We’re unsure how to interpret this...
