Shipping and communication was great
Shipping and communication was great. Will highly recommend packaging seeds in glassine envelopes if possible, and not plastic because the static makes it really challenging to get the really tiny seeds out of the packet.

Honestly
Honestly, all I can comment on now is the package delivery. And with postal disruption in is hard to gauge whether delays are the postal service or the company.
The package arrives in good condition but due to slow germination and growth of many cacti you'll have to ask me again in a few months about the seeds.

Exellent experience.
Experience is great because Cactus Kingdom is one of very few places where so precious species can be found that if to choose between some cacti and ring with diamond I would choose of course these cacti.Delivery is good, fast and safe. Cactus Kingdom gives to it"s customers good spirit and happyness. Feliks Povod.

Cactus rotted, refund offered then retracted
Cactus rotted upon transplant even though I followed their instructions online. Left a review here to which they replied I should reach out because “We would still like to try and assist you,” I did so and then they backtracked and said it’s been too long since I ordered for a refund (what?) and that all they could do is 50% off my next order. Won’t be ordering again.

HI Christian, Sorry to hear that. It looks like your cactus was delivered the 14th - One month ago... It was shipped express with a heat pack.
We offer a safe plant delivery guarantee on all our plant shipments if we are contacted within a reasonable amount of time.
If this was a shipping issue, how come you didn't reach out sooner ?

Edit: We want to clarify our plant guarantee and how it applies in this situation.
Our guarantee covers issues related to shipping, and we always stand behind our shipments when a problem occurs in transit. In this case, however, the concern was raised several weeks after delivery and relates to the plant’s condition well beyond the shipping period.
When you first contacted us, we responded promptly, offered guidance, and encouraged you to follow up so we could explore possible options. Unfortunately, the next update came several weeks later, at which point the timeframe to submit a claim with the shipping insurance provider had already expired. These claim timelines are set by the insurance companies and are outside of our control.
Although this matter was not related to shipping and was reported well after the applicable window, we still offered, as a courtesy, to cover 50% of the cost. This was an exception made in good faith for an issue that occurred long after delivery.
When rare problems arise, customers typically contact us within the same week, which allows us to assist effectively. In this case, the report was made more than a month after delivery, and we are not able to assume responsibility for plant care or condition at that point.
We appreciate your understanding and ask that expectations remain reasonable in situations like this.
