Very happy with the bespoke design that fits into a tight space, without comprimsing on interior space. The team that attended the site survey were very knowledgeable and provided ideas and solutions which contributed to the well designed cabin. The fitting team were very polite and answered any questions that I had about the installation. The review is 4 stars and not 5 because I felt that the customer service did let down what would have been an overall excellent service from Cabins Unlimited. Despite that I would recommend Cabins Unlimited to friends and family.

Right from our first contact to the finished product, Cabins Unlimited provided a really professional & timely service.

When our neighbours in London really kicked up a fuss about the size of our structure, Rob (owner of C.U) was incredible. They redesigned the cabin in a day and had a team come and make the adjustments the following week. It was just the most phenomenal service one very rarely receives these days.

Melody (sales), Gav and Oscar (construction crew) a huge shout out to you for your friendly and professional service. Rob - you're a diamond. Thank you all.

I would definitely recommend this company. The final built cabin is amazing. Ours in now a bar, but you can make it whatever you want it to be. The ladies from the office kept in touch every step of the way. The builders arrived on time, constantly cleaned up after themselves. We have dogs and they were very conscious of shutting the gate behind them. Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end.

Would throughly recommend these guys. We have now used several times over 2 houses. Ground work, fences and 2 cabins. The team are professional and caring with all their work.

Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a cabin or garden room. We ordered a very large cabin in Jan 23. Great communication about dates and instillation and aftercare from Mel. Rob and his team installed the cabin over 2 days in sub zero temperatures and did a top quality job!

We had the Kensington cabin installed, and we are over the moon with it. The team of guys who installed/painted it were great, they were very polite, and made sure I was happy with everything as they progressed with the installation. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Cabins Unlimited recently spruced up our front garden in two phases. First they removed an old dead hedge and replaced it with a brand new fence and then, a month later to allow for the frosty mornings to pass, they returned to re-turf the front lawn.

Both tasks were completed in one day by very friendly, professional and polite staff. All the waste was taken away and we were left with a lovely, fresh new front garden.

We also found the office staff to be very friendly and professional and the pricing to be very competitive. In fact, everything went very smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Luke and his team did an excellent job, preparing the base and installing the cabin, with no mess and with such speed we were very impressed. His support and advice around after care and painting will be invaluable

Cabin was spot on, delivery on time and assembled by their own crew who were very professional. Office staff helpful and accommodating. Would use again no issues.

The team at the office were very helpful and answered all my queries and re-did my bespoke design several times so I could get exactly what I wanted within my budget. The shed looks fantastic. The build team, were polite, hardworking, and punctual. I am pleased with the finished result.

We visited Cabins Unlimited at Downham to view their selection of sheds which is wide ranging and comprehensive. The sales staff were extremely attentive, helpful and knowledgable. We returned a week later to order our chosen shed which arrived when promised. A team arrived the next day but was unable to lay the base because of the frozen ground conditions for which they were very apologetic. A team arrived the day the ground thawed and had laid the base and built the shed within a couple of hours. To my mind this was top quality service all round and I cannot recommend the whole operation highly enough.

I’m really happy with my cabin and thoroughly recommend this company. They were very knowledgable on the phone and happy to talk through options. I did not have to wait long for installation and when this happened the workmen were excellent.

Our cabin was delivered and built on time. We were kept informed on delivery dates. The young men who did the build were hardworking, polite and efficient.
The cabin is sturdy and good looking and will be very well used by us

Brilliant service, this is the second time dealing with Cabins Unlimited and have nothing but praise for their products and efficient builders. Everything went smoothly and the results are first class.

When we called at Cabin's unlimited at Downham market,the ladies in the office were very helpful, & once we placed our order we was given a date,& kept to it they turned up on time (26 09 2022)
They did a good job friendly lads, & left the property clean & tidy, we kept them supplied with cups of tea,we would recommend this company..Peter

After our poor first build on 9/8/22 we had a site meeting with the owner Rob and Luke on 16/8 who offered us a full refund (which proves how terrible it was) or a new one or to deal with the issues and paint it for us, stupidly my husband thought we should give this company the benefit of the doubt and try to fix it. As the main issue was a base that wasn’t straight (not our fault as claimed) I was reluctant. They came to repair it and in their words “cover the unslightly ends” on 22/8/22.
After a few hours Rob called out for me to say we were right and the summerhouse wasn’t straight and we would never be happy with it and we had the option of a full refund or a new kit built. He also offered to refund us for the paint we had bought. He explained they were busy with school installations so we would have to wait until mid to late September. I said, “thank god for that, sense at last, refund please” and went into the house to ring my husband. He was relieved they had finally admitted it wasn’t straight. To my horror a while later I heard more banging and looked out of the window to see they were working again. I went outside and asked what they were doing and he said Luke had almost got the door shut. I asked them to stop and said we wanted a refund.
They carried on regardless and we are now left with a poorly painted shed with drips, paint where it shouldn’t be and missing bits. Not a single part of this shed is straight, and now it’s moving. The window isn’t straight and won’t fully shut. The door doesn’t fully shut. Seals are bulging. The roof felt was damaged during the repairs. The quality of wood is poor and the workmanship is shoddy. The hinges they use look like seconds. Our shed is two months old and looks two years old.
Even Rob was shocked at the joinery when he visited on 16/8/22. We still have unslightly beading in the tool shed side (beading which is used to cover poor joinery)
Without exception everyone that has seen it has been horrified.
This company has now refused to refund us despite offering us two refunds previously.
Also our Domeo 4 cabin which was fitted in November 21 is on the move for the 4th time.

I will await the standard nasty comments from the owner when deeply unhappy customers leave honest reviews. I wish I could leave photographs to show our summerhouses current state.

This company also remove any negative comments on social media and then block people from leaving honest comments.

Very pleased with cabin. Excellent, efficient and friendly service. Installers were very good and completed build in 1.5 days. Good value for money and would recommend Cabins Unlimited.
