I couldn't praise the whole company highly enough. Very helpful, polite and efficient in the office. The installation was great and the men worked extremely hard in the heat. Great attention to detail and left everywhere clean and tidy. We are delighted with the Portsmouth cabin and look forward to spending time in it.

We contacted Cabins Unlimited to request a replacement fence. The Operations Manager kept us updated at all stages of the process, and the work was undertaken very quickly and efficiently despite the appalling weather. Everyone involved in the order was polite and friendly, and any queries were dealt with promptly and effectively.

Easy people to work with. Transparent and clear communication. Great installation and after sales support.

Cabins unlimited were easy to deal with and Joely was a star. We did cancel on one occasion as the forecast was rain. The shed itself is solid and we are very happy with it. The guys who installed it done a good job. We are that impressed a summerhouse is on order.

From my first enquiry with Joely regarding their 12' X 10' heavy duty shed. To sorting everything from the purchase to the delivery date. The shed arrived along with the fitting team at the time specified. The unloading and fitting went without any problems. I'm very impressed how the fitters worked in a very efficient, safe, professional manner. A neighbour came round stood in the doorway and said WOW!! that's the strongest built shed he has ever seen (he has maybe five sheds). So a big thank you Rob and all the team at C.U.@ Downham Market. I now have shed Credibility.

I was looking for a corner cabin and had it narrowed down to a couple of suppliers. Cabins Unlimited won through by ensuring that I was given the most competitive price and by having the cabin in stock. The order process was simple and the staff very efficient. I had a few questions and with their obvious extensive knowledge these were answered immediately. The cabin arrived on the date agreed and the delivery was faultless. Building the cabin was a breeze with easy to follow instructions and they even helped source more shingles so I could do my shed roof to match. I would highly recommend Cabins Unlimited

I can not speak highly enough of this company, from the helpful sales lady who bent over backwards to help us to the fitters who were polite, efficient and very professional. The quality and the finish of the cabin is excellent. I cannot rate this company high enough they exceeded all expectations.

A very good experience from start to finish. Helpful sales staff happy to answer and solve any queries. The erection team were very professional and speedy with the base and cabin erected in one day.

Cabin's unlimited came to install our cabin on 12/09/23 the guys who turned up wer polite friendly and hardworking the cabin was completed in 2 days and is perfect excellent service from start to finish the women at the showroom Karen could not help us enough and was excellent though out as was the customer service team I would recommend cabins unlimited 100% thank you for our beautiful log cabin and service

When making our mind up about where to buy / what to buy, Karen of Cabins Unlimited was endlessly patient and well informed. If she couldn't answer a question, she found someone who could and got back to us.
The fitting went quite smoothly - a few hiccups, soon sorted and the guys on site were friendly and hard working.
There were some teething problems after fitting but these were dealt with and corrected quickly and with no trouble - again Karen to the rescue.
We are thrilled with our finished cabin. It looks great and gets endless use, at the end of the day it's a relaxing place to be.

The two lovely ladies who I dealt with on the day of purchase were friendly and informative about the log cabin and guided me through the purchase as did everyone connected with Cabins Unlimited. The workmen who built the cabin over 3 days were very polite did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with our log cabin. Thank to Cabins Unlimited.

Really impressed by Cabins Unlimited - thank you. Melody was so helpful in showing us round the display site and pricing up different options, and the Alexandra I settled on was competitively priced. Delivery was prompt and professional and self-construction has gone smoothly. The quality of the cabin is excellent and I am reassured that help is only a phone call or drive away if needed.

I wanted to thank Rob, Luke and the team for doing such a fantastic job putting up our camping cabin, they worked tirelessly and didn’t complain at all even though the Cornish weather was well and truly against them. They even finished ahead of schedule. The team were very polite, tidy and friendly.They are a real credit and I would always recommend the company.

The team at CabinsUnlimited couldn’t have been better, Joely dealt with my order and we went through several design changes, thanks to building control etc, and nothing was too much bother.

Very happy with the bespoke design that fits into a tight space, without comprimsing on interior space. The team that attended the site survey were very knowledgeable and provided ideas and solutions which contributed to the well designed cabin. The fitting team were very polite and answered any questions that I had about the installation. The review is 4 stars and not 5 because I felt that the customer service did let down what would have been an overall excellent service from Cabins Unlimited. Despite that I would recommend Cabins Unlimited to friends and family.
