I have been using WLV for a few years now and always recommend them to friends and neighbours. They have just completed my annual boiler service. I have joined their Service Plan which is great value for money and peace of mind. As always the engineer (Ollie), arrived on time and work was completed efficiently and professionally.

Having used WLV previously I was always pleased with the ease of booking a visit from an engineer and also the ability to get a visit in my experience the very next day
Upon the arrival of an engineer I found them very professional,knowledgeable and sociable .
The ease of payment which personally I found to be very competitive rates was able to pay over the phone or by bank transfer was great.

I recently replaced my old boiler and chose WVL Heating to carry out the installation. From start to finish, the service was excellent. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the installation smoothly with no issues at all.
They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was finished. My new boiler is working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the result.
A big thank you to everyone at WVL Heating for making the whole process stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional heating services.

Great service as always
As always the guys from WLV Heating Ltd delivered an excellent service. I found out I had a leak in my boiler on Sunday evening and sent a sms message on their system. I was able to contain the water with a bucket underneath, and the leak was not severe, but reasonably urgent. I received a message on Monday morning that someone was available on Tuesday. A part was ordered and they came the following day. The repair was done, checks were made and I am one very happy customer.

The service provided by this company is second to none.Booking is so easy with friendly staff and is confirmed by email or text within minutes. Their service engineers are knowledgeable and efficient. I was recommended to this company by a friend and it turned out to be the best thing I did. 100%satisfaction
