I started to work for C4 in April this…

I started to work for C4 in April this year ,and it’s been the best move I’ve made . From training to being out in the community, the company is always in the end of the phone if needed for services user or myself we are a team the best team, we all go that extra mile , it’s in our hearts

Good company to work for

Ive worked here for 6 months now and it is a really good company to work for. Having previously worked for another care company for 2 years i definitely feel more welcome and respected now than i did before. The care co-ordinators and managers are all lovely and very approachable, there is out of hours to call for guidance if you are stuck at a call unsure of what to do next. The care app we use is very efficient to communicate with the office for any concerns we have about the service users. I am very happy working here and plan on staying for a long time.
