C4 Care are incredibly fair to all their staff, the helpline is 24/7 responsive and never leave their staff strangling. They have incredible amount of shift. So far the best I have worked with. Really happy working with them.

I've been working with C4 for a while now. I can't see myself working with any other care company.
Staff is outstanding and so cooperative. Happy and listened to the workers and there complains with open mind and solve their issues.
On numerous occasions I've found myself cancelling the shift..on that time C4 is so understanding and supportive.
I've to admit that it's a previlage to work with C4. I've recommended to all my friends to work for C4 if they are looking to work in a care sector

Working at C4 Care has been one of the best career decisions I ever made. The management is approachable and support. They do not only listen to the concerns of their employees, they also provide all the necessary support to be productive at work.

I have been working for C4 Care on and off for 4 years. It is a good company but I believe there’s some improvement to do.

When I worked for them in 2019 for a full year, I asked when I could get my holiday pay as I was planning to travel and take a little break. I was told I was not entitled to it because I did not ask on time and the period for me to receive it has gone. I was so frustrated because as a company, you should inform your workers of the time frame where they can receive their holiday pay. Till date, I still haven’t received my holiday pay.

Another thing I want to address is the fact that whenever there’s an issue with your timesheet, maybe it wasn’t a processed or there’s something wrong with it, you don’t always get informed about that. You’d have to wait till weekend hoping to receive your payslip, and when this does not happen, you then have to pursue the staff to do something about it which will still delay payment.
Imagine planning things to do with the money you’ll receive maybe bills etc.. and then you don’t receive the pay you was expecting on the day. You’re then told to go back to the nursing home you worked at (1 hour + away from home) to sign another time sheet. It was very frustrating for me because I’m a single mum which have to plan long ahead before picking shifts due to childcare.

The company really needs improvements.
