Wrong dog food was sent out and when I messaged them all I got back was an email with a returns label, after multiple messages from myself asking whether I was getting a replacement or not I had absolutely no response from them whatsoever so I ordered elsewhere then out of nowhere they sent out the correct food.

According to the records, The warehouse team explained the return & exchange process in details and issued a next working day return label immediately to you on 3rd July after receiving you report.
However we finally got your return on 9th July, which was why the re shipment was happened on 9th too.
As we re dispatched for free next working day in this case we are sure you've got the right item on 10th July.
We do apologise for this wrong item sent and thanks for helping us to return.

We are sorry for no response as we just found your message in junk email after we've seen your review, we do apologise for this late response.
At the moment we are afraid we only have 235ml bottle for this spray, the 470 ml bottle is for the shampoo rather than the spray, we are really sorry about the wrong information and we've corrected it in the product description.
Please let us know if you wish to return the item. We definitely issue a free return label for you in this case.

I received an order I believe I had cancelled, £150 later I’m still waiting a reply on how I can return the goods and I cannot log into my account to check that I did cancel the subscription…..what am I going to do with 150tins of cat food my cat doesn’t like???
