I ordered the book mug for my sons girlfriend, it is so ugly, it’s not what is shown by the picture, trying to figure out how I can return it if possible, I am embarrassed to give it to her, soooo disappointed, she loves to read so I thought it would be the perfect gift…not at all ☹️

This is a scam pure and simple. I ordered 2 mugs first week of November and paid in full. I have been charged (unauthorized ) every month since on my credit card. Trying to get reimbursed by card company.
Stay away them.

Overpriced low quality high shipping charge and crowning gem is unauthorized recurring charge

I ordered two book coffee mugs for gifts. The special price for 1 was advertised as $39.99 but I was charged $59.99. Then there was a charge of $19.99 for shipping. They are not worth the price because they aren't the size of a regular size coffee mug. I am very disappointed and won't order from them again.

I ordered a coffee mug from BuyEvergreen. I got scammed by a ad on Facebook. When I ordered somehow instead of 1 mug the order turned into 2. When I tried to change it the order went through. I tried to contact them to cancel the order, but I kept getting busy signals over multiple calls on multiple days. When the order finally came, the mugs were hardly big enough to hold a couple of sips of coffee.

I sent a complaint to American Express to get my money back and then sent a note to BuyEvergreen. All of sudden I get a response. Where were they before?

Stay away from this company!!

Terrible quality product. Definitely does not look like the picture. Once I received it, I emailed the company asking for a refund and they said theyd refund $8 of the $40+shipping I paid. This company is a scam.

I give them 1 star because they responded to my email HOWEVER this company does nothing and just nickel and dime customers with add ons, shipping etc. At checkout there is no indication of shipping charges and I immediately canceled my order but OF COURSE they couldn’t cancel Oder as had already shipped. Site is a scam. No wonder they advertise on IG, FB
DO NOT PURCHASE! Buyer BEWARE
And a 15$ or 15% restocking fee and they claim they have $$ back guarantee. Going to BBB

I ordered my Bookmug on December 21, 2025. I have not received my purchase. I only received a confirmation of my purchase. I have yet to receive a confirmation email from this company. If I don't receive my purchase, I will file a claim with my bank, I will also contact them by phone, email and a letter sent in the mail. I believe that this was a scam, as it was included in a email from a magazine email.

This company/website is totally corrupt. To see shipping charges, you have to enter your credit card information, and then, when I decided not to go forward with the purchase and just closed the window on my browser, without clicking "Conform your Purchase," the company went ahead and processed and shipped my order without my permission.

Phone calls to customer service were useless -- "the order has already been shipped," "according to company policy, there is nothing we can do at this point," "there is no supervisor available to speak with you, but one will call you back within twenty-four hours" (hah!). I also have no faith in idle promises about being able to return this unwanted merchandise for a full refund.

In short, I got scammed, just as many other reviewers on this site report they got scammed. Shame on buyevergreen.co.

Big SCAM do NOT buy from this company. They say they are in the USA in like New Jersey and will ship to you in 4 to 5 business days. I tried to cancel my item 1.5 hours after I ordered it and they said no. Told them they lied about being in New Jersey. Got product a month later. Started return and emailed back and forth and got 80% of my money refunded. Said it was all settled and to keep the product. That was three weeks ago. Yesterday noticed they had charged my account for $19.99. I emailed their customer service and stated that was an unauthorized charge, we had settled the matter, and that I want a refund of the $19.99 that they charged to my account for nothing.

Was charged for two items when I only ordered one. Received confirmation email, but never received shipping confirmation email. My card has been charged, but nearly two weeks later, the item still has not shipped. No clue when it will be shipped or when it will arrive.

Ordered the Chapter mugs did NOT look anything like the advertisement. CRAZY honestly. Complete waste of a LOT of money (I ordered 6 I think for what I thought would be perfect gifts :-((((

I ordered the Glass Chapter Mug. Never received email confirmation. Called customer service number provided in my bank transaction details and several times was hing up on without speaking to someone. Finally got ahold of someone and they verified my transaction. Said they'd send me an email with all the details and tracking information but never received that either. Walmart sells the same mug for about 75% less.

Total scam. Do not use this company. They don't offer tracking information or a number to cancel order.

Bad company with misleading advertisements, upcharges that are not fully disclosed, and continuing unauthorized charges to credit card 30 days after initial (and regretful) purchase. I would never deal with them again. Product purchased was grossly overpriced after unavoidable add-on charges, was relatively small and held 6 ounces of fluid, and looked cheap compared to online ad.

Online order, told to check e mail for verification. I Never received an e mail to verify. Created a claim with my bank.

I was ROBBED, I thought I was getting a deal for cute mugs my loved one would enjoy. However, when my bank account was attacked twice on the same day Nov 1, 2025 for $153.41, then another $19.99 totaling $173.40 for six 5ounce mugs. That's $28.90 a piece for 5 ounce mugs. YES, I WAS ROBBED.

Where do I start? First of all the website says the owner feels customers shouldn’t have to wait for items purchased overseas and all items ship from their company in the states. I got online to track my order and guess what.. it was being shipped from Mainland China. The site shows the mugs hold 11oz of beverage and it DOES NOT! It only holds around 5oz if that, which makes it absolutely unless for beverages.
I do not recommend this company at all. BUYER BEWARE

I bought the glass Chapter Book Mug. It said it would hold 11oz. Instead, it only held 5 oz. The glass cup was vey nice... but useless.
