Where do I start, oh my. The Power Blast Plus is little more than a garden sprayer. Most important it isn't able to connect to any "standard" garden hose I have ever seen. It has a quick connect fitting and no adapters to make a connection possible. It also says it ships from the warehouse in New Jersey but when you track it, SURPRISE its coming from mainland China! Way overpriced for what it actually is and you can't even use it so basically a expensive paper weight. I tried to call the 877-375-4499 number and you can't reach anyone. All around a mistake to order from them and a joke to try and get your money back without involving the credit card company which I have done. I will not be paying a cent for this item or to return it. If they want it back then they can pay for it!

Power plus is total garbage! Do not buy! With currency exchange it cost far too money for the cheap quality of the product! I wish I had read the reviews first! It really is buyer beware!

This company is a scam. Do not order anything from them. They do not seem to have a telephone number or a street address. In June I was looking to purchase a shoulder massage device. As I was trying to order ONE, the web site continued to place additional items to my order. I never completed the order but they sent me three massages anyway. Very frustrating. Stay away

Absolute garbage. $70 US for a simple hose nozzle with zero pressure capacity. Just a regular garden hose handle.

Actually don’t buy anything from this company. They went tits up in Florida, they just relocated.

I have never ordered from this company. Some how, this company got my credit card #, and billed me. (Two different times). I never authorized them to take any thing from my account. I never even heard of "Buy evergreen.com" until I was notified by my bank, of fraudulent charges.

The name of the company changed after I ordered and the shipping and handling fees were added after the order was processed. I was sent a leg massager when I ordered a shoulder massager. Not only is it the wrong product but the quality is poor and it has a chemical smell. I am trying to get a full refund.

They show this air cooler that supposed to cool a room. This thing was 98.00 and it's a small fan. It doesn't even charge the batteries. This company is a bunch of thieves. Don't buy anything from them.

I don't even know how or why what I ordered came from this company. The advertisement was obviously from a different company, maybe they just copied it? After ordering it, I got a pop up screen saying that The product had been updated for 2026, and I needed to re-submit my order. So of course they got me twice. The advertisement also said that if I wasn't totally satisfied (which I wasn't) there would be a return envelope, pre-paid, in which I could return the product for 90 days. Of course there wasn't. When I called to return I was told that the cost would be mine to bear. BUT if I didn't want to, they would refund 90% and I could just keep the product, and they would e mail me a confirmation of the return within the day. I accepted that grudgingly, just to be done with them and have the product sitting right on my desk to be sure to call them back if I don't see anything before the end of the day. Now it's my problem to dispose of the product.

I am having the same issue as everyone else here. My husband purchased a novelty mug for me for Christmas. He only bought one; they charged him for and sent two. I just noticed today that they have been charging us $19.99 a month, for what I have no idea, that was not authorized. I have no idea how to cancel this on their website as they make you choose the type of membership you have and, as we didn't sign up for one, I have no idea what to put. I reported it to my bank.

This is a scam. I ordered two mugs in December, and a hefty shipping fee was added AFTER I entered my credit card info. Even worse, the company continued to charge my credit card $19.99 a month until I finally noticed the recurring charge. Company says I signed up for a "VIP membership." What?? There was no mention of this when I bought the product, and I see nothing about it on the website today. Stay away!

They continue to take $19.99 a month and hope you don't notice! Scumbags!!

I was just contacted and refunded monies I never approved to be taken. If the money actually gets back into my account I will re-do this review. But until then, I am continuing with the bank and authorities investigations. (This company is a FRAUD!!! They are still charging my bank account every month. $19.95. I have to close the account because these scammers!!! I never even bought anything from them!!! They just hacked my account.)

I bought 6 Chapter Book Mugs which were shipped to me. They were poorly packed and 4 of the 6 were smashed in multiple pieces. They were unable to be repaired or restored since many of the pieces were too small to do anything but cut my fingers. I notified the company in writing via email using the original order notification. They never responded of course. I have filed formal complaint with the credit card company and with the Federal Trade Commission. Next stop the Better Business Bureau and the state Attorney General's Office.

Beware! Don’t buy from this company, you will get the mugs that you won’t like,and make impossible to return and then they will continue to charge your account for $19.99 a month. SCAM!!!!

I got two cups for what I paid- then somehow I am getting recurring payment of $19.99 which I never signed up for it- they claimed as “Reward Program Subscription” I don’t even know what that means or ever mentioned when purchasing the stupid library cups. I am asking them to get my money back total of two (2) $19.99 in total $39.98 regardless past 30 days.

AWFUL!! I stupidly purchased 2 of the “book” cups for friends — they are so bad I gave them to a thrift store hoping someone might like them (doubtful). Then to add “insult to injury” this company has continued to bill me for a “monthly subscription” fee! I didn’t subscribe to anything associated with them. My credit card is attempting to rectify the charges & put a stop to the monthly charges. This place is scam city!!

I have never ordered anything from this company.And they have managed to take almost four hundred dollars out of my account
