I can’t begin to explain how easy Dan made everything for us. We didn’t want the hassle of going through the realtors, updating our house and having to leave every time it was shown. We wanted a quick painless easy closing and that’s exactly what we got. Our son and wife used them earlier this year and were so pleased with the results. We knew when it was time for us that’s who we would use. We got a fair price for our home without having to do any updates on it. They bought it as is. Everyone we spoke to at BuyBox was friendly and helpful. Because of medical reasons I did not leave my home too often. They even had someone come to our house to give us the papers to sign. We did an electronic closing and the funds were deposited into our account the same day. No hidden costs, no realtor fees, no closing costs and no “surprises “. They made it so easy for us. We highly recommend them.

Dan and Luke were very helpful with selling my Father’s estate house ,I was kept informed along the way and the sell was made easy.

I had a really good experience with BuyBox purchasing my, not in great condition, house. I ultimately got a couple thousand dollars less than originally agreed to. But the house was in really bad shape. I'm glad I got what I got.
Luke the transaction coordinator was very helpful throughout the very quick process. Any questions I had he responded almost immediately.

Had a great experience and leaned alot myself through the process of the company buying my house. Buyer definitely gave me a lot of patience while I was trying to get everything processed on my end. Smooth transition and the communication even with my attorney was great! Every step relayed to me was precise and put in a contractual language I could understand. Even with the Title company used. We were in a tough spot and thankful for the help. The sale didn't happen as quickly as expected and we felt like we had to push a bit to make it happen. Overall, they were very transparent about the process and did a good job with our tough situation.

We had a home we needed to sell quickly and despite the condition buy-box literally came to our rescue on this one. They are the example of making the impossible possible in every sense. If you need a home sold and you think you don’t have a way make buy box your go to!! Between Dan, Luke, and everyone in between they knew what to do and were in it with my husband and I every step of the way good, bad and the ugly of it. Thank you guys we wouldn’t have been able to do it without ya and you really blessed us immensely. Can’t thank you all enough for what you did. Keep being a blessing for those who need it!!

I was the executor of an estate that included a house in really rough shape. While multiple investors made offers, BuyBox was by far the best. We closed remotely in six weeks and things could not have gone smoother. Many thanks to Dan H. and Luke for an excellent experience!

All appointments made were on time. Zach was very professional and understanding how difficult to sell a family home. Closing was set for 4 weeks and was done on time. Calls or texts to Dan were always answered promptly.

Buybox was so easy to work with. I saw their ad on Facebook and sent an email. Dan responded shortly after and asked if he could call me. I agreed then we talked by phone. After answering some questions he said he would follow up with me in a day or two and he did. We liked his response and had another Dan come to the house. After he did a walk through Dan gave us an offer. We were very pleased with the offer. We did ask for a few days to make a decision and Dan said that was fine. There was absolutely no pressure! Although we decided to not sell at this time, Dan was a complete gentleman and asked if he could follow up in a few months and we were fine with that. My husband and I will recommend them to everyone. What a wonderful alternative to going through the hassle of finding a realtor.
