With no prior notice or explanation, I was emailed a contract to sign which would have signed me up for an additional 90 days that I would not be able to cancel. There was no clear details included about how much I would be charged. I have not even received my first lead and they are already pushing more 90 more days with the offer of a website. Feels really slimy.

The agreement you received was for an optional website offer and was not intended to automatically extend your current membership or require you to continue beyond your existing term without your consent. We understand how receiving that request before you've received your first lead could feel confusing, and we appreciate you pointing that out.
Our goal is to provide additional tools that can help members convert leads more effectively, but participation in those programs is entirely optional. We will review how and when these offers are presented so they're introduced at a more appropriate point in the customer experience and with clearer pricing and terms.

Disappointed and Frustrated
I enrolled in the USHUD Cooperative after being told I could expect 15–18 quality leads per month in my market. Over more than three months, I received only seven leads, many of which were either unqualified, seeking services unrelated to real estate, or confused about why I was contacting them. I raised my concerns with management, gave the program additional time after my account was extended, and unfortunately saw no improvement. My experience did not match what was represented during the sales process, and I was disappointed with both the lead volume and overall quality.

After a couple months of being signed you with USHUD to receive leads, I have to say it’s not worth the investment. I’ve only received 2 leads and they were both bad. Neither one was a credible lead. Waste of money.

USHUD cold called me. Normally, I probably wouldn't have answered, but Google tells me if the caller actually dialed the number - so I answered. The screener sounded professional and for whatever reason, I agreed to speak to the account rep. After she explained the process, the offer sounded reasonable. I was honest, I've been burned on this type of referral program before and it remains to be seen if this will be different. That said, I've been impressed thus far with their follow-through so we shall see. I did receive a referral right away, but we haven't connected as of yet.

Lindsey had a slow and relaxed personality that presented as she wasn't trying to sell me anything, more like she genuinely wanted to help my business.
I am quite impressed by the way they will be providing me with both Buyer and Seller leads. I will also appreciate the Free Website they set up.
