I was very skeptical from the start because I’ve heard that some folks have been scammed by property buyers. However the guys at BuyBox were very straightforward, did not offer a high number then lower it later after signing the agreement. They did everything that they said they would do and stuck with the process of tenant removal even though it took quite some time. Closing was smooth and painless. The sale was successful and I’m satisfied with how the process worked. I would recommend BuyBox to others who want to sell.

Had a great experience. Of course your never going to get what you would like in a home sale but a fair offer was made and after the 2 week review period a final agreement was signed. 2 weeks later the house was sold. Mobile Notary was sent to where we were and signed the papers. Money was in the bank the following day. No closing cost, no hassles. Took house as is and relieved the pressures of a house sale off our back.
