We bought a new BYD Seal U from Busseys
We bought a new BYD Seal U from Busseys at Norwich. Overall the experience was great. Daniel Gheorghe was our salesman and he couldn’t have been more friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the car. Daniel was quick to respond to every query we had and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at any point during the sale. The handover of the car was so useful as Daniel went through all the car settings with us and helped set the car up to our preferences. There was nothing negative about our experience with Busseys.

Great Customer Service despite external challenges
Despite challenges outside of Busseys control, the customer service received was exemplary during the collection of our INEOS Grenadier.

My self and my wife were exploring options for a new family car and were assisted by Daniel. Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable and never made us feel under any pressure at all. We were allowed to try and drive multiple BYD models before reaching a decision on our own time away from the dealership. We even borrowed a car to see if it would work for our life style and be easy to park on our difficult driveway. So pleased we took a leap of faith on this relatively new to the UK car brand. Can recommend Busseys and thank them for their service. Definitely has a great family-feel atmosphere with good company vision and high levels of integrity build in to everything they do.

Great handover for a great car
Just purchased a BYD Seal u from Busseys BYD in Norwich.
The attention to detail from start to finish from Connor Buller was exemplary. He spent lots of time explaining everything I needed to know from the initial purchase paperwork to driving it away on the day.
I would not hesitate to use Busseys on another purchase if needed.
