We went to Busseys to look at a new car, the gentleman who dealt with us Mathew was very accommodating. We took a car for a test drive, Mathew was very informative as the car we were looking at was electric. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and was happy to explain any questions we had. We ordered the car and Mathew kept in touch throughout the process of the car being made and shipped to England. We picked up our new car last week and again Mathew went through the ins & outs of the car explaining each control, our experience was very pleasant with no issues at all.

Haven't used this scheme before, and was a bit apprehensive. Chloe made the experience very helpful, taking time to explain everything in detail.
Arranged a test drive on the day. Felt very comfortable and didn't feel rushed at all, especially when I flipped between models, and colours. It was all very simple, Chloe did everything for the application making the process suprisingly easy.

1st time buying an EV car, all the salesmen are very helpful. Daniel, Connor, and Brandon are all helped me with understanding the car, register the paper, etc. Especially Connor, he’s dealing with my purchase and he’s trying to keep me updated. He explained everything to me and didn’t force to sell anything. He made the whole purchase smooth and happy.

Daniel and Connor were both patient, kind, considerate and the perfect sales people. Neither were pushy, both friendly and helpful. Gave us all the advice we needed, gave us all the options, time to consider, answered all our questions and let us change our minds as many times as we needed.

We recently purchased a new BYD Dolphin Surf from Busseys BYD on Hall Road. Our sales person was Matthew Browne who was very friendly and polite, not pushy. Other staff that we had contact with were also friendly and helpful. My wife was upgrading from a very basic Ford KA to this latest all electric vehicle with lots of bells and whistles. She was a little apprehensive but Matthew was fully familiar with the car and explained many of the available features to my wife. I had a couple of minor issues with the finance, however Matthew quickly sorted them for me. All in all the purchase was a very pleasant experience and my wife is extremely pleased with her new car. Matthew is a definite asset to the company. Thank you Busseys and thank you very much Matthew, your help was much appreciated.

As a motability customer my experience with Busseys and Chloe, the Motability Salesperson, was very good. I opted for the new Capri all electric, as it is well appointed and has a boot space large enough for both my and my partners mobility scooters and walking frame. Bigger than the Explorers. However, hoists are not compatible so a scooter that comes apart is necessary.
Chloe’s experience of working with disabled people stands out as she appreciates that not all disabilities are noticeable, and she was kind and helpful in the way she treated us.
I would like to thank Chloe, Busseys and also Ford, for building a vehicle and associated phone connectivity applications that bring the driver and vehicle together. Brilliant.
