As in the title it was a lovely day and young Mathew was very keen, polite and attentive to my questions. The BYD Surf was a delight to drive, even though I was driving it gave the impression that I was almost a passenger, it was such a seamless and fun car to drive. Impressed and delighted with Mathew and BYD. Wishing them every success.

Very helpful, vicky was more than helpful, she found a slot for me that worked for everyone. Could not have asked for better service.

The process was timely and I waited in a nice clean, light area with coffee provided. Nice, pleasant and friendly staff.

All staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The whole process of purchasing a new car was made easy. Matthew Browne (who is a trainee) was great to liaise with. Had a really good test drive of the seal today. Matthew was really helpful showing me how everything worked and was very friendly and approachable. Appreciated that even though I would be going through a company car portal, so it wouldn’t be a direct sale he took the time to send me a video of features of the car and answered all my questions after the test drive. My experience in a competitor was not as good at all! The car was lovely and far exceeded my expectations! Thank you Matthew

Brandon was very responsive and helpful from the first enquiry to even personally collecting us from the train station to collect our car.

Brought a 11 month old car for cash [£26995] it went wrong in the first couple of days, things got worse, we ask for a refund which we was entitled to do in the first week, they refused and made us go through the motor ombudsman which took over 12 months, we had to buy another car in the meant time so costing us two insurances E.T.C. Found in our favour but we had to let Busseys repair it which took 4 months to do, it had to go back a few times, Inconclusion we had a vehicle that we could not use for almost 18 month that costed us a few thousand pounds extra, and being disabled this is not a good thing. Date we brought the car 22/02/2025 date fixed 10/07/2025. I will just say that Phil Collins once the case was found in our favour was very good, but it does not make up for the 18 months of hell we suffered before.
