NEVER BOOK WITH BUS ROUTE. Not only did they provide the driver with the wrong number of passengers, they also told him to pick us up at 11pm rather than the requested 11am time. They tried to blame me for this, despite the fact that I had screenshots of our conversations. Their “solution” to the mix up was taking us half the way of our journey and then stranding us. When trying to contact the complaints department, they don’t let you talk to anyone and say that someone will contact you within 2-3 days… it’s been a week and I’ve still heard nothing. It’s a joke of a company. I cannot emphasise enough, never book with bus route.

I can’t work out whether I can reply to the below update from bus route, so I will try to update here instead. Just to clarify, the company did not make every effort to resolve the problem prior to the journey, I had to waste a whole day of my trip doing that myself as they wouldn’t pick up the phone or communicate a plan. And also their “fair” resolution for the situation was a £50 voucher to use on my next journey with them… which would obviously never happen due to their poor organisation, their terrible complaints department, and their manipulation of the situation.

We understand how upsetting it must have been to deal with confusion regarding the number of passengers and the incorrect pickup time. Please rest assured, it was never our intention to cause any disruption to your travel plans.

We would like to clarify that prior to your scheduled journey, our team made every effort to ensure all arrangements were in place to accommodate the full group, including dispatching multiple vehicles to avoid any inconvenience on the day of travel. Regrettably, a breakdown in communication regarding the pickup time did occur, and we take full responsibility for the oversight.

In addition, I’d like to address your concern about the delay in our response from the complaints department. Our team has indeed made several attempts to contact you in order to fully resolve this matter and offer a suitable resolution. Unfortunately, we have not received any response to our follow-up emails. We would still very much appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly and work towards a fair and timely resolution.

Please know that your feedback has been shared with our internal teams so that we can thoroughly investigate what went wrong and take the necessary corrective actions to ensure similar issues are not repeated in the future.

Once again, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

Bus rootes 337

Going out by buses we always have either roads' traffic and late to somewhere, then when there's no traffic THE BUS STOP TO LEVEL THE TIME you would have joy to get to the destination early but NO you waited on the bus this is the service !

Excellent !

I had to find a minivan to take 8 people across London and found Busroute via Google. From my first interaction with them they have been helpful and efficient. Dephanie was my point of contact and was extremely nice to deal with - competent, polite and very helpful. Both drivers were nice, on time and great drivers - this was a five star experience from beginning to end - thank you!

Airport Transfer

Booked a mini bus for airport transfer for family, communication was amazing, they arranged for driver with display card with passenger names on arrival at the airport. I was really pleased for them arranging for flowers for me on my request (paid extra) to be given to my family on arrival. Fantastic company and will defo use again

Trip to Ascot

I made an enquiry online and Wendy got back to me quickly with a quote. The quote was very reasonable and was given a contact number for the driver, the day before. The driver communicated with us well and arrived on time. We got to the venue on time, and was ready to pick us up and the finish time. All in all a good experience and recommend it to anyone.
