Brighton & Hove currently operate 222 buses across a network of 73 routes with 2,000 bus stops, serving the urban area of Brighton and Hove and connecting the city to Crowborough, Eastbourne, Lewes and Tunbridge Wells. Metrobus our sister company currently operate 125 buses across 50 routes through Sussex, Surrey and Kent. Between the two companies, our passengers made 50 million passenger journeys during the year which is more bus journeys per head of the population than anywhere in the UK outside of London.

Kiera was very prompt and helpful when my key card tickets failed to load properly, they resolved this issue and sent the receipts very quickly - thank you very much

Dear Sirs
Me and my family just waited at Beacon Road bus stop for the quarter past 3 bus into Brighton. We had a restaurant booking. We arrived at 3.05 and the timer at the bus stop said the bus would be 20 mins so 10 mins late. On the .minute the bus was due it changed to another 18 mins. Baking hot day 2 year old in a push chair and the timer at the stop was not accurate. 30 minutes wasted because we had to go and get our car. We also lost or preferred table at the restaurant and had to sit inside. There was an elderly lady at the stop who we assisted as she decided to go back home be cause it ruined her plans. Absolutely disgraceful service. Not what you advertise or what we expect.

Don’t use this bus company utter joke find alternative way car taxi electric scooter bike, that what I’ll be doing drivers especially from lewes road bus garage customer service don’t care they don’t log complaints still waiting for email to come through a women hung up on me some bloke called Nate answered after I phoned back could here in the background probably slagging me off this truly is scum of bus service world I have lived in this city for 34 years

Was helped by a young male on Tuesday at the information box outside the train station in Brighton, who helped me with the best ticket options for my short stay in Brighton and provided great information about the tour bus and other routes around the city and surrounding areas

Abysmal service and even worse customer service
Have just waited nearly 40mins for a bus. Three appeared on the timetable and the minute it got to due they disappeared and the buses never turned up. Called “customer services” (ha) and asked why the electronic screens were showing buses that didn’t exist. “Oh”, “ we don’t have any control over that”. Number 1 service is the absolute worse

Nathan was absolutely brilliant!
He gave me time to explain my issue, escalated to his managers and confirmed to me on email. He then helped process a busID key application via email within a matter of hours.

Riding around Brighton and Hove, using the buses and app has been a great experience. The duo city saver is excellent value, the buses are punctual, have good connections and polite helpful drivers. We’ve travelled to Bevendean, Hove, Patcham and Brighton Town Centre and the buses have been clean and comfortable.
