Burns' Head Office number was busy so my call was diverted to distribution warehouse near Chester. Gentleman who answered my call to bring forward next scheduled delivery was right on the ball.
Minor issue with some Burns pet food we had purchased from another supplier. Burns very quickly agreed there was a problem and sent us a whole new bag within days.

The order was dealt with quickly and the product was delivered quickly and on time.
We have been feeding Burns dry dog food to our dog for over six years and he is excellent health and the correct weight for his breed.

Burns have been great at tracking two…
Burns have been great at tracking two very active border collie puppies, suggesting which food to try and when to move to adult food. Now trying a different menu for the pups, they very much enjoy Burns’ dry food, and they can be fussy! Highly recommended.

3 dogs have loved this food
We love this dog food. Have had three dogs on it, and our latest is a rescue puppy who had a TERRIBLE tummy when we got him. We got him on Burns duck and sweet potatoes immediately and his poos got better in days. A month or so on and they’re just fine.
When he eats something that upsets him, or we overdo it with treats, we go right back to Burns-only and it’s sorted in 24 hours.
Thank you for keeping three of my dogs healthy and happy.

Very disappointed with your wet food…
Very disappointed with your wet food trays. Its totally put me off feeding any bought wet food. After two incidents of gone off food, one due to the packaging seals second incident trays were sealed yet food rotten.
On the plus side I will continue to feed burns kibble.
