Alison made quick work of it

Alison over the phone made a very painful challenge of trying to find a specific part very easy. Even to the point where she sent me link for purchasing on another website.

Boiler Woes

Genuine help in dealing with a frustrating problem. The retailer was useless, Amazon very difficult but dealing with Burco directly resolved the issue promptly and efficiently.

5 star support

I had an issue with my water boiler but the customer service/technical team were amazing. They helped to sort out my issue and were so professional and helpful. I wish all customer services were like Burcos. Will definitely continue to use their products.

Absolutely flawless customer service (thank you Allison!). She went above and beyond to replace a faulty bit of equipment, and sorted it super quickly so we'd have it for Glastonbury.

Consummate Professionals

I contacted Burco about my Water heater, a Redring WS7, which has never let me down over time. I required some information about parts, so I spoke with Phoebe initially and then Clare. Can I just say it's an absolute pleasure to deal with these consummate professionals? Nothing is too much trouble. I wholeheartedly recommend this firm to everyone.

Helpful, through and did what she said

I phoned Burco as our water tank had broken. They didn't sell the replacement parts any more but went over and above to identify what I needed, send me the part numbers and possible suppliers. when I couldn't describe the part properly they were happy to have a photo and then get back to me. Thanks Phoebe you were great.

Our boiler lasted 2 weeks before…

Our boiler lasted 2 weeks before needing a descale which didn't seem right. Contact cust service who said to carry out the descale. This was done but the message shorlty after re-appeared. We were given a sequence to carry out to reset the boiler. It then developed a level fault and constantly overflowed from the overflow pipe. We've had to wait weeks for an engineer to come out and they have just confirmed the level sensor is faulty.
The service is poor, contact Burco who put you in topuch with Redring who then pass it on to Glen Dimplex who then pass it on to Barlows!

We are now likely going to wait a few more weeks for an update as the ticketing system is slow at best.

We won't be buying Burco boilers for any other sites after this.
