Received my order but had to return due to the size being too small. Months later still waiting for my refund and no communication from the business after multiple emails. Avoid!

As many others have reported, this company is running a scam. Returned an unused item in line with their terms and conditions and they confirmed receipt. After no refund showed up they then emailed to say they’re having warehouse trouble so have decided to stop processing refunds. Unfortunately withheld refunds are not covered by PayPal’s buyer protection so I’m down £38. Be warned, this company has signalled their intent to restart sales next year: avoid at all costs, they are thieves.

Ware nicht geliefert, nach zwei Monaten wurde meine Bestellung vom Verkäufer storniert. Seit einem Monat warte ich auf eine Rückzahlung, keine Reaktion vom Verkäufer auf meine emails.

Lieferung mehrfach verschoben , daher habe ich storniert. Stornierung wurde bestätigt mit Aussage , dass das Geld innerhalb 14 Tage zurück erstattet wird . Dies ist nicht erfolgt . Nach Rückfrage wurde gesagt , dass man das Geld nicht zurück erstatten kann und man sich an das Kreditkarteninstitut wenden soll .
Null Punkte !

Ware bestellt. Geld über Paypal bezahlt.
Ware bisher immer noch nicht da. Rückmeldung von Bunny.style solle mich mit Paypal in Verbindung setzten wegen Rückerstattung - ist Bunny.style nicht möglich Geld zu erstatten. Bin mal Klärung über Paypal läuft. Bin mal gespannt ob Mein Geld Anfang September erstattet wird... Leider kann man diesen Laden nicht empfehlen....

Imagine a company that doesn’t give refunds, but keeps the products you’ve shipped back. That’s bunny style.

Was told to contact my bank for a refund because they’re out of money. Disgraceful.

Bit of a mixed review. Got some shorts and a t-shirt and they looked great. The shorts fit perfectly. The shirt was a little large so I sent it in for a refund. After getting my exchange request approved they sent me a label and it was easy to return. I was told that the new garment would not be sent until they receive the old garment arrived and was checked by warehouse staff. Well they received the garment about 2 weeks ago and I have not received anything from them to acknowledge that they have the t-shirt. When trying to contact them last week I got nothing until yesterday when they told me that they have now closed for the season. I assume I will get refunded eventually however we never really know.

I never received my order, and they do not respond to queries, and I haven't received a refund.

Now their website says they are closed until next pride season.

Seriously do not bother with these absolute trash people, taking advantage of your pink dollars.

UK customers please do not give this scam company your pink pound! Refunds do not get processed and they ask you to contact your bank to get your money back & request a recovery. Stating that they are having shipping delays in Germany which means they are unable to process Refunds??. They are halting all operations until next year, aka... next pride, what a surprise! When they can pump out a few more insta ads again and scam everyone. AVOID!!!!

SCAM! Order was not in stock contrary to what was claimed in the website. Their internal delivery was massively delayed - the items didnt arrive in the stock on time. I then canceled my order, which was confirmed. Havent received any money/refund by today (23 days after confirmation that the order is canceled).... Now they are telling people that they are having financial issues. DO NOT ORDER AT THIS SHOP!

Leider Betrug. Ware nicht gekommen und ebenfalls keine Rückerstattung. Jetzt kam die Mail, dass mein Geld futsch ist. Danke für nix.

Poor quality items, poor customer service.
Ordered a pair of shorts in my size, they came and were too small, returned and ordered the size up - still too small. Measured the waist of these and they measured smaller than the original pair should have been! So, returned these also and requested a refund. Sat waiting for 3 weeks after they have received the item back (confirmed by postal tracking), to receive an email stating that they can't process refunds and to make a chargeback through the bank! Despicable to expect this of customers, when there is no guarantee that a chargeback will be successful. To further add to my frustrations, I no longer bank with the same bank when I ordered this item back in April! - It is now August and I am still out of pocket.

Bestellung gecancelled nachdem bereits schriftlich die Versendung der Ware angekündigt war.... Alle Geschäftstätigkeiten in Deutschland eingestellt. Von dem Geld kann ich mich wohl verabschieden.

Nach Bestellung im Juni und ursprünglich versprochener Lieferung im Juli und dann mehrmaligem vertrösten wegen Lieferschwierigkeiten für die bestellten Shorts und dem Versprechen das die Hosen am 1.8. verschickt werden. Bisher ist nichts angekommen. Zwischenzeitlich wurde die gleichzeitig bestellte Jeans geliefert und weil sie nicht passte direkt retour geschickt. Auf die Erstattung warte ich auch noch.

Ich habe im Juni bestellt und damals hieß es, die Lieferung wird voraussichtlich im Juli erfolgen. Im Juli erfolgte dann mehrfach die Info dass es zu einer Verzögerung kommt was ich noch nachvollziehen konnte aufgrund der Begründung durch den Shop. Nun habe ich am 1. August die Info bekommen, dass meine Ware versendet wurde. Laut DHL ist die Ware aber bisher nur angekündigt aber nicht versandt. Es ist bis heute nichts passiert. Auf E-Mails wird gar nicht reagiert und der Shop ist auch nicht mehr erreichbar, da angeblich für diese Saison geschlossen. FÜr mich wirkt das alles sehr betrügerisch. Ich kann nur davon abraten dort zu bestellen. Ich hoffe sehr ich bekomme mein Geld wieder.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a pair of Pride shorts. Nicely marketed to me. They arrived within a few days and I thought great I shall order a second pair. Also arrived promptly.
Now, the first pair when I tried on didn’t fit very well, were a bit tight, but thought I could get away with it. On closer inspection the legs were of different length, substantially so. The second pair were for someone else, but too tight, their sizing is wrong.
Anyway trying to get this resolved seems impossible, there is no response to email. I now notice that they have switched off their comments on Facebook. Of course, no phone number on the website.
Clearly their out to get everyone’s money and deliver a sub-standard product with no come-back.
And who tells you to stop emailing or your enquiry gets put to the back of the queue. This is on their auto-response, so they clearly have problems and this is the way they deal with it?

Liefertermin mehrfach verschoben, dabei vertröstet mit Lieferschwierigkeiten. Dann Stornierung und Mitteilung per Mail, man solle sich zwecks Rückabicklung an Paypal oder die eigene Bank wenden, weil das Team es in absehbarer Zeit womöglich nicht schaffe, Rückerstattungen zu gewährleisten.

Nachtrag 22.08.: wenigstens kam die Erstattung über Paypal, weil sich die Verkäufer auch dort nicht mehr meldeten.

I ordered two items of clothing on 9 July and was aware that these would not be shipped immediately, but I was extremely disappointed to get an email from the company on 8 August saying that the order has been cancelled as they are unable to deliver to Germany currently. I feel that they could have given more notice of this or offered some kind of compensation rather than just a blanket apology.

Am 20.07.2023 eine Hose bestellt mit Lieferzeit ca 3 Werktage. Am 28.07.2023 eine Mail erhalten mit Verzögerungshinweisen. Die Ware würde im Lager am 01.08.2023 angeliefert und im Laufe der Woche versandt. Heute bekomme ich eine Email das meine Bestellung auf MEINEN WUNSCH hin storniert wurde. Der Wunsch eines Stornos bestand nie. Bin gespannt ob/wann ich mein Geld nun wieder zurück bekomme.

I have been patiently waiting for my order for over 4 weeks. Now the order has been cancelled without further explanation. Still waiting for my money to be returned.
