I did not receive mountain hardware and sent an email and left a voicemail over a week ago with no response.
I originally left a one star review and was immediately called by the company. they actually had responded to my email and I just had not seen the response. They are helping me remedy the situation and I am changing this to a 5 star review.

Finest materials. Sturdy well made. If one part is broken can replace that part only. Personalized. Extra large magnetic closing. Love it. Better made than the one it is replacing. Wish you had install service. Love it!

It is a great and very solid mailbox. My parents are very happy about it. My dad was so concerned about someone stealing his mail but this locked and super solid mailbox prevents that. It was easy to install.

Nice looking mailbox and post.
I ordered the mailbox and post separately, because I needed a green mailbox and a white post to comply with our Home Association. However, I was sent a green mailbox and post and had to return the post in order to receive the correct post.
