Fantastic experience! From the information on the website to the customer service rep who was very friendly and answered all of my questions to the easy ordering process to delivery and easy install instructions (for those who have some level of handyman skills) - also a call prior to delivery to confirm details and a call after delivery to check on us - every step of the way I felt supported in being in charge of something new for our HOA. It is an experience rare from a large company today. I really appreciated it so much. Thanks to everyone at Budget Mailboxes!!

Customer Service was great
I ordered the wrong color and the customer service representative was very responsive and kept in touch over the weekend to help me with returning and ordering the new one. Fast delivery and the mailbox is very nice quality.

The mailbox post I wanted…
Pretty much the mailbox post I wanted and purchased to replace a similar post that had been damaged. Easy to order and arrived quite quickly, within the same week (I think I ordered Fri/Sat and had it before the end of the week). The post came in a long, thin, box. I bought a new mailbox Saturday morning, assembled (simple) everything by myself, and mailbox and post were vertical and secured in ~75 minutes. I like the additional decorative attachments beyond the simple cross bars. Quite happy with the post and final result.

Great mailbox. Once installed very solid. Would give it a 5 if I wasn’t missing a screw for the front plate.

Ordering with a credit card was simple just like anything else, Their price was a little lower than most places online. The company called to confirm shipping and called again to make sure everything arrived and was undamaged. Installation instructions were easy but you didn't even need them because it was just 4 bolts.

Cant't beat the price and quality
We needed to replace our mailbox after having ours ran over. This was almost identical to the one we had and all of our neighbors'. The first one I found similar to ours was over $600. This one saved us a couple hundred dollars and looks just as good! Highly recommend!
