Item does not ship within 24 hours stated on their site . was for a gift, has not been mailed. requested cancelation they won't cancel order , and tracking number sent does not work . this has been nightmare item was order 14 days ago
LABUBU was finally received but its FAKE , has to issue a. Complaint to get money from my CC . No reply to emails from them .

No order number provided. After days of trying to get hold of them, I was told my order had been shipped, but not provided with a tracking number and STILL have not been given an order number!?
I will now dedicate the rest of my life into bringing them down. Hell hath no fury like a grown woman scammed out of Labubus. Lol.... Seriously though, please do not fall into this trap, the website looks super legit, but it is a massive scam. Avoid at all costs.
And yes Bubulands, I have purposely notified you of my review... I did warn you I was coming for you!! GIVE ME MY REFUND!

SCAM DO NOT BUY !!!!!!
Tracking number isn’t accurate and it got listed as delivered on the 20th of may when I didn’t place the order till the 21st. Their excuse was “they’re impersonating us trying to harm the company” even though it’s bubulands itself that offers you the tracking code. I’ve still not received anything and from reading the other reviews I’m afraid I won’t get anything or get a fake which sucks.
also - the reviews on their site are fake, I image searched some of the pictures and they are from completely different sites so dont get fooled by those either.
update: i received my order after almost a MONTH and it was the fakest ugliest lafufu ever, I email them and all I got was a lie saying "we work directly with popmart" when it looked nothing like the original. avoid at all cost!!!!!!!
