I got suckered in by an incredibly plausible online shop but what a con and how stupid was I not to check in here first to see the reviews.
The order took an age to arrive from China and the communication was next to useless. Bad grammar made no sense in responses only further inflaming a difficult situation. The box was damaged on its eventual arrival but company said this happens in shipping from China and if I want a refund I need to return the crappy, cheap box to China, at my expense.
Please avoid. Save your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDS, SENDS FAKE PRODUCTS

Placed and order over 23 days ago. They waited at least 7 days to email me and say my order was detained due to tariffs between china and us. At this time I was no longer able to cancel or request refund cuz “it was in transit”. Order has not arrived. They are not providing a working tracking and when I asked for return form to send their trash back as soon as it arrives I was ghosted.

I put in an order 11 days ago, found out they were counterfeit through forums and reviews. Tried to contact their email to cancel my order since it still hasn’t shipped but they’re listed email and the email. They contacted me from saying my order was delayed cannot receive emails so you can’t even ask to cancel an order using their own proxy for it.

I finally received my package of counterfeits. Their website posed them as genuine and severely let me down because the quality of these was awful even for a counterfeit perspective.

Ok for a start I paid $44 for a lububu and was given a tracking number that didn't exist! So I couldn't track it anywhere. Not to mention the fact that I never received it. Then I tried to email them at first I was told its on its way with the tracking number that didn't exist ! Oh and then requested a refund well from that point on NO response at all from any of my emails. I definitely do not recommend buying from them at all ! 🤬 And still no answer or explanation at all. And still no lububu

My box was damaged - I emailed both thier addresses to get a return address to ship the damaged products back but have never got a response. I’m sure the products are not genuine also.

They’re scammers. I wish I’d seen these reviews before I tried to order anything.

Do not buy from this company! They are selling fake products. Once they arrived the item was not authentic. I contacted them to make a return and they sent me an address entirely in Chinese, no return shipping label. I had to dispute the charge with my bank.

After having ordered I googled to look at some more product and the search brought up scammers. Looking a little deeper I realised their Trustpiolot reviews to be fake. A granddaughter desperate for a Labubu is going to be very disappointed.

A terrible company. Do not buy from them as you do not even get your order delivered. They are a scam. Stay well away and save your money.

I bought £100 worth of products from the Labubulands store on May 25th, they gave me a tracking code, which doesn't exist, I contacted the store, they said that the delay in the merchandise is because of the dispute between China and the United States. Until now I haven't received my order.

AVOID at all costs. Same as everyone else's review.
It's all the same BS they are feeding consumers. The site needs to be SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATELY. I am contacting my credit card company of the scam.

Have not received my order after spending my hard earned money.. was supposed to be a gift for my niece. Tried to contact them and no luck. They are scamming would not risk your money or time.

Currently going through my bank to get my money back off these vile scammers. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews before making the order. This site needs to be shut down ripping people off!!

Scammers. You will not receive your labubu. They'll reponse to your emails but tracking numbers are fake.

I got scammed by bubulands. I never received my order. I also got a fake tracking number. They keep responding it will be 10 to 14 days for delivery even though they claim my order was shipped on May 23, 2025. The tracking number they provided also says it was delivered on May 20, 2025. I ordered from this website on May 21, 2025. They will not respond to my request for a refund. Please do not buy from this website, it is a scam. I hope I can get a refund from my bank.

Avoid site at all costs, I purchased from here then saw the reviews. I asked to cancel my item and for a refund to be processed and this was well within the 24 hour time frame they have stated on their website. They did not cancel my order and instead sent me a bogus tracking code. It’s fake, the item hasn’t even been collected never mind shipped. If for some miracle I receive the item I can get it will be fake given all of the reviews. My order was placed nearly 2 weeks ago now. I’ll be doing a charge back on my bank.

This is a website that sell burning deliver and then ignore you. I paid over £100 labubu and then they ignored me and products not received. Do not buy from this website as it is scam.
