I'd give no stars if it were an option. I ordered 3 dolls on 24th June. Received emails stating there were delays with postage. I responded and they assured they would get my order to me. I received another email on 5th July saying their website was down but all orders were sent as planned. I now cannot get in contact with them. I have raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

NOT LEGIT. Pretty bad honestly. Took over a month and both are cheeeeap nock offs. They didn’t even try. 🤡 Just got an email saying their site is down… probably because they are getting in trouble.

Total Scam! company is now closed!! Lucky I used paypal and they have issued me a full refund. Get in touch with your banks or whatever you used to pay. get your money back asap. I wish I would have read the reviews. Wait for the hype to dye down and get from pop mart not worth the agro!!

Absolute fake and this company is a fraud! They refused to cancel my order, refused to refund my money after taking it, and now the site has been taken down. I've contacted my financial institution, so I hope I will get my money back. If the site comes back up, don't order. Honetly, if I could just put a huge "DANGER" sign as a rating for this company, I would.

I ordered two Labubu dolls for my cousin’s birthday. The items were clearly advertised as authentic, but they most definitely are not. They arrived in heavily damaged boxes and were clearly fake. The feet are bent backwards, there's no keychain, no POP MART branding, and the hologram is missing.

The dolls have odd proportions, strange colouring, and sloppy paint jobs.

I contacted the seller to request a refund under trading laws, as they had sold me counterfeit goods. Their response was that I needed to return the items to China — which I am not obligated to do, given that the goods are fake.

I’m now in the process of recovering my money through my bank, but I implore you: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY — THEY ARE A SCAM.

I too was scammed into buying something I never received. Went to check on my order today and the website Is gone. I did dispute with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the FTC. I hope they catch these motherf<£%ers.

I purchased a case of the Big Into Energy v3 on 6/17/2025. It was just delivered on 7/2/2025. I opened the package and the case was severely damaged. I opened the case (not the individual labubus) and each individual labubu box was damaged as well. No return slip or packing slip provided as well. In addition, there is no QR that I can scan, to prove these are legit labubu’s. I used the POP MART app to verify these were legit. QR code says invalid code.

I requested a refund from the vendor. I received a message back from "German" saying they would not accept the return. I showed them screenshot of their return policy. I was then directed to send the product back to the manufacturer as bubulands "works directly with the manufacturer" even though they label themselves as an "official distributor". The address they provided was all in their native language. How the heck am i going to translate that? Are you serious? So I sent them back an email and pointed them back to their return/refund policy asking for a return authorization number. Now I do not receive a response. I go back on to check their website at 1:00 P.M. EST and now the website is not available.

Therefore this is a scam website and buyer beware. Please go to your credit card company and file for fraudulent product and counterfeit product.

Absolute scammers.

They pay for sponsored ads to get the top placement on Google searches, and unfortunately I was in a hurry, knew nothing about labubus other than that my daughter asked for one. Well a month on and I’ve done more research and know they aren’t even real Labubus. Not only that, but I haven’t received anything at all! Multiple messages sent over the last four weeks and each time the reply is the same - it will arrive in the next 10-14 working days, and they have been saying that for literally four weeks. The tracking itself doesn’t work. So I very much doubt anything has actually been sent, and today I’ve had enough and done a charge back through my bank. Absolutely shocking - avoid them at all costs!

No replies from the shop fake tracking from China I am trying to claim my money back from my bank. I will update if I am successful

If I could give no stars I would I brought labubus 3rd June I never received them the tracking didn’t work and I did a charge back from the bank, the seller is now disputing my charge back saying it had been delivered! I have email proof of them saying there is a delay in shipping and I emailed them back and never had a reply, absolute con artists don’t buy from this company.

My order is not coming and fake fracking numbers. Need refund !!!!!!!

Absolutely awful. Fake tracking numbers given, no items arrived and jeep being told to wait longer! I’ve just read these reviews too and it seems they are fake anyway ! Credit card claim submitted I want a refund

They are fake 100% but are very cute and not awful quality. I made two seperate purchases and both have different fake boxes. One is flat matte writing on front and the other has a faint hollograph. One doesn’t have a QR code on its tag and the other one does. You cannot get into either box from the bottom to check the card, they are both totally sealed. These guys are ripping people off with their scam they are lafufus.

What a disappointment (and a scam). I paid for my daughter’s order for my granddaughter’s birthday. A fake, cheap-looking doll was delivered and the other item was not included in the parcel. The box was only filled with empty packaging!

Avoid this company. It is just after your money.

Ordered may 21st and still recieved nothing.
The tracking just shows order placed nothing else.
Get stupid generic responses from email..have raised dispute with bank as nothing has been sent to me

Not even a 1 star got totally ripped off from website. This is my 2 time now having to write a honest review to warn others do not order items from this website for your children. Fake, so disappointed.

COMPLETE SCAM!

Take your money and nothing arrives. Been waiting nearly a month and a half for a present for my daughter. Do not hand over your money.

⭐☆☆☆☆ SCAM – DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER

I placed an order with Bubulands on May 21, 2025, and have yet to receive the product. The tracking number they provided is invalid, and after multiple follow-ups, all I received were generic excuses with no proof of shipment or delivery.

They refuse to provide proper updates or evidence that my order even exists. I strongly believe this is a fraudulent store. What’s worse is that they operate through Shopify and the Shop app, which appear to allow sellers like this with no accountability or proper customer protection.

Save yourself the trouble—do not order from Bubulands. I’ve now opened a dispute with my bank and reported the store
