We had an issue when our coffee table arrived that the surface was scratched. However Jo at Brown and Ginger was very quick and efficient at responding to us and keeping us up to date with her efforts to get us a replacement, which she was able to do straight away. Excellent customer service.

I purchased 2 Parot Candlestick holders, they had an estimated delivery date for the end of May. They today and they are absolutely gorgeous. The quality is outstanding and the customer service is excellent. I contacted Jo via email a week after purchasing, she messaged me straight back and updated me with the timescales as they were waiting for a delivery on Tuesday. She kept in contact and they arrived 2 days later on the Thursday. Will definitely be buying from them again.
