One of my resolutions of 2022 was to move on from my previous job and find a good opportunity with a better workplace environment during the first semester of the year. I have been in touch with different recruitment agencies and Broadwing was one of them. From the first call with Silvija, I have been presented with different opportunities in line with my CV. We discussed about my role and my expectations for the new job. After the first rejections, she did not disappear but she managed to keep me updated with new opportunities until we found the right one.

She helped me and followed me in every step of the complex process of moving out from my previous job, until I found a new company in line with my expectations that led to relocating to another country.
