It was a very motivating and educational experience. Katerina was very professional and involved me during all the sessions using very clear and very detailed slides. He is a person who is very attentive to detail and precise but who knows how to put you very at ease. From the beginning we got on well and so he was able to immediately recognize my needs and promptly answer my questions and resolve my doubts. He also provided me with lots of useful advice for writing my CV and prepared me for the pitfalls of interviews. I am very satisfied and I recommend it.

My experience with Boradwing started unexpectedly. I was not openly looking for a new job, as I was happy where I was, but I was open to new experiences given the right circumstances. Silvija approached me on LinkedIn with a role similar to what I was doing and a technology stack similar to something I had used in the past, which I enjoyed (and loved). She was very attentive to my wants and needs, as well as providing me with detailed requirements of the hiring company's wants and needs. We had a short call describing the title, company, potential pay, and benefits. She asked me about my knowledge in relation to the job in question and what I thought about it without ever being pushy. After a few days, she asked for a meeting, where I got to know the company was interested in doing an interview. The interview went quite well, and the company proceeded to send me a task. At every step of this, Silvija was there to check on me, allow me to voice any concerns without judgment, pass them on to the hiring company, and get back to me with results. She is a dedicated professional and an asset to anyone looking for employment within the IT industry.
