First had Broadview Blinds 30 years ago still a great
company

We have had several Fitters over the last few years and they have all been really Professional and very polite. All of them were very tidy and left no mess,
I can definitely Recommend Broadview and have to several people. Thank you to you all.

Knowledgeable estimator and good communication from the company. Excellent blinds that fit neatly inside the tilt and turn windows.

The fabrics we chose initially we were told were not available so we had to go for a second choice. There was then a delay in making one of the blinds and our first fitting visit was also cancelled and rearranged. Hence not quite a 5 star experience.

The initial survey was most informative and the installation crew were excellent with no mess whatsoever. Welldone Broadview.

I am so impressed with Broadview and will most certainly be working with them again in the future. My client could not be happier with the awning that was designed and fitted - complete with logo - by an amazing team. From day one, I felt looked after, and Gary even came to Oxford to discuss my designs and ideas with me and show me how the awnings looked on a test vehicle. It has been a long while since I have been this impressed by a company, and I cannot recommend Broadview enough. All of the staff were friendly and professional and the whole xperience, from start to finish, was faultless. A massive thank you to the whole team!

Good company to deal with advise is good and very helpful. Was very pleased with my new blinds very quick and clean. Wish they had more blinds designs to look at in there showroom not as many to choose from.

firstly arrived on given time and date to both measure and when fitting .this is not always the case
when the fitter came it was very quick .howeveras he was leaving he saw a small dent in one of the metal slats and immediately said it will be replaced which it was but not just one slat a whole new blind .ito my mind this is SERVICE thank you

Good customer relations, polite, efficient with great care and pride in their work

Broadview are a great and well established Company. They don’t over promise, so they delivered in the time they had said they would. The installation was a work of art to behold and the finished result was better than we had imagined. Nothing but praise for this Company and every one that works for them.

Uncomplicated transaction

Very helpful even went over and beyond when the transport company they used damaged the goods. They took it back and repaired it and were very helpful when transporter lost one of the items.

After sales leaves a lot to be desired when one phones all you get is a recorded message which they do not respond
If I had realised their after sales was so bad I would have purchased elsewhere
