I have used Broadview Blinds for both properties we have lived in over the past 25 years. I have always found them to be professional, competitively priced and
service delivered on time and to a high standard. Our most recent installation was completed by Arik who was friendly, courteous and very efficient. Full marks to Broadview - a 5* service
Awful after service. Happy to take your money and then want to charge you again for a non-refundable call-out charge, even though the awning is still under warranty. I paid a higher price for what I though was a quality product and service and am very dissatisfied at the level of service after the install.
Bought an awning from them many years ago and it now needed adjustment, to my dismay I could not find the info they supplied with the awning.
On Monday 22nd July I phoned to ask if they could help. I spoke to "Jean" who took my details and promised to phone back once they had found the details of the awning from their old records.
I received a call back within the hour from "Clive" who explained how to make the adjustments needed.
The level of customer service I received from both Jean and Clive could not have been better. How I wish all companies would learn what customer service is, if they are unsure they should take a lesson from Broadview blinds,
Fantastic service from Broadview Blinds, from estimate (Josh) to installation (Trevor).. Office (Anna) kept us up to date right the way through to date of install. Great quality blinds at great price. We are so pleased with the finish, really sets off the look and feel of our home.
Thoroughly recommend this company above anyone else.
