You don't even deserve a 1 star. Whoever your boss is needs to reflect. big time.

Aggresive, Lying, Deceitful,
I have one debt with you, one i accumulated during a extremely difficult time.

I have a physical disability & Im autistic yet you could not care less.

We agreed on a payment plan, you lied about it and tried to force double the amount the month after.

You have sent me way over 40 letters, 20+ messages and over 50 emails.

Its likely cost you more in paper, emails and staff time at this point.

I've been paying for my debt at the agreed payment plan for the past year yet now your apparently taking my stuff again! Hilarious.

Seeing as you don't accept return emails, because you know full well that every return email would be a complaint.

Im messaging here, Leave me alone.

Im paying my debt, go away

Richard and Jeanette Sutor need to have a hard look at themselves, do better, Im sure your house reflects all the money and belongings you steal off people.

I wouldnt even give this company a…

I wouldnt even give this company a rating. This evil company contacted me after a congestion charge with london transport. I paid £210 after they bullying to pay unafordable amounts. I am vunerable and they are aware of this and sent their baliff William to my home and put another 300 on top. Rang them yet again and they said my cars being watched on ANPR. MY CARS ON FINANCE
Sent proof of vunerable let etc they refuse to reply. William the lovely enforcement officer sent a text message saying you not vunerable that was months ago you went to hospital discrimination at its best. Nothing but a bunch of bullys that target vunerable people to pay. Then more emails we will remove goods vehicles no you wont firstly cars on finance and secondly you not allowed to enter my property with me a vunerable person there. So now ive made complaint to the ECB. DONT PAY THEM A PENNY & Again today being harrased emails voice calls off the lovely zoe threatening to take car ( on finance) and send baliffs dated 23/02/2026. Everything logged dated and further information provided to ECB.After reading reviews here it seems they scare tactics are same for all of us ignore vunerable customers ignore watts and emails threaten baliffs abd ANPR SO NOW WE ALL NEED TO DO SAME STAND TOGETHER AGAINST THIS CROOK COMPANY IGNORE THEM LIKE THEY DO US. CARS ON FINANCE NOTHING THEY CAN DO CANT ENTER HOME KEEPDOORS LOCKED AND REPORT TO ECB I HOPE THESE IDIOTS GO OUT OF BUSINESS IF WE DONT PAY AND STAND UP TO THESE BULLIES MAYBE ONE DAY BALIFFS BE KNOCKING THEIR DOORS. Last few days continuing to harrass phone emails by lovely ZOE rude arragant staff ringing me 7. 56 AM Rang her back and rude unptofessional and only interesred in paying balance and fees they added on i thought when vunerable they not allowed to add fees anyway all screenshot info sent updated tp ECB LOG EVETYTHING NOTHING BUT BULLYS

Its never a pleasant experience talking…

Its never a pleasant experience talking to someone about debt and arranging a payment plan, however RURAN was absolutely excellent professional knowledgeable helpful and honest which isn’t something you expect- RURAN deserves a pay rise for his exemplary customer services- well done Ruran.

This is strictly a 5 star review for a wonderful lady called Roxanne. Was extremely friendly from the get go, something so crucial in a field where you’re continuously receiving phone calls from stressed individuals in a stressful situation. Her good character without a doubt stood out amongst all the other phone calls I took today and she even helped me track down my next steps. Honestly, just a great person to receive your calls, I do truly wish her the best. Thank you Roxanne!!

Trying to contact



I have tried countless ways to get in touch with them today to no avail.
I want to arrange a payment plan.
The letter says I can contact them via

WhatsApp
WeChat

There has been no answer to my WhatsApp, I have tried logging in but nothing happens and I have been on hold for 22 minutes and just been cut off. I also tried downloading the Mobile App but couldn’t seem to find this?? I received a letter today which gives me 7 days to pay but took 6 days to get here, which in turn gives me 1 day to pay.
It almost seems like they making contact extremely difficult and not allowing me the time to sort this before sending someone to my home address, therefore adding on more charges!
They really don’t seem very accessible at all.
I’m now on hold (second time around) for 15 minutes.

I've got the letter from county court…

I've got the letter from county court Nottingham saying they still no case and confirming a date which is 26th of February despite all of my emails to them to let them know that they're sending me a fake document a fake number a fake claim number they not answering nothing so I cannot understand who is allowing this company to be on the market the most horrible company in the most big cr...ks....soon will see you in court room... All of you. :)

A representative of this company…

A representative of this company threatened to clamp my wifes car as mine wasn`t there. then threatened to get his team around to force entry into my house to recover goods...this is for a parking fine (so legally they cannot enter the building) He then gaslighted me by saying I was threatening Violence when i said "if you try to clamp my wife`s car we will see what happens!" The debt enforcement is illegal because the local council did not meet document service guidelines but B&S wont back down despite my successful re-butting of document service. Their representatives aggressive attitude was appalling. he eventually went away! I have been helped through this process by a legal professional who has helped me point out the legal stuff around the case to B&S. It looks like B&S have not bothered to check this at all. They are relying on a 7 month old judgement from the Traffic enforcement Centre who have also failed to follow strict government and legal guidelines. This case (to date) is still ongoing. B&S need to re-educate staff to stop bullying people and approach members of the public in a kind and compassionate way. if they did this I`m sure the public could learn to trust them more and their business would be far more successful.

Heartless bullies

Heartless bullies. Aggressive phone call with one track statement "pay in full". Disregarding the fact I am a vulnerable person, to the point it was dismissed entirely and just repeated "pay in full, or enforcement". This has caused me to go to my doctors for further medication. The system is designed to bully and harass with no compassion. No regulatory complaints procedure, its like p*ssing in the wind. B&S need to check themselves and re-train to be more human.

I’m shocked this company is allowed to…

I’m shocked this company is allowed to operate. I’ve submitted the correct TE7 & TE9 forms for a traffic penalty appeal, yet enforcement officers came to my property before the appeal was processed. Communication is nonexistent, their processes are outdated, and they seem to act without confirming facts. It’s stressful, unfair, and completely unnecessary. I wonder how it continues to exist.

Can’t contact them unless a case…

Can’t contact them unless a case number. These idiots keep posting letters through my door, for another street near by, that even the correct property has the street sign on saying ‘X STREET’ how incompetent can’t even do their job correctly. I can’t speak to anyone to tell them what’s going on. If I get another letter I’m going to make a formal complaint cos I also find it weird they dodge setting off the sensor on my ring doorbell

Got wrong house

So they got the wrong house,even tho they been told almost 1 year ago that the people they been after do not live here, enforcement agent came out,damaged my property (thank god for CCTV),the customer service agents made it extremely hard to file a complaint,they where having none of it,made me send an email,to which I'm supposed to hear back,they'll be going straight to the ECB unless they repair all damaged caused by themselves,I will also file chargers for criminal damage!
UPDATE:
Following your reply,I did call in,not really sorted much just been told "enforcement manager" will call you back,well 2 weeks out of 28 days have passed so I only have to wait another 14 days before I can take this to ECB,I was shamed for no reason and had my property damaged,I cannot believe this isn't yet sorted,does it help to say I got disabilities aswell,no way I'll not drag this to court

Absolutely impossible to communicate…

Absolutely impossible to communicate with. Nobody ever answers the whatsapp chat. No agents available on the web chat...although I did manage to get through to "Chardonnay" yesterday, however she closed the chat citing it was inactive, 2 minutes after I had answered her question and was waiting for a response! Second time on web chat it got closed again before speaking to anyone.
Staff member I spoke to on the phone yesterday initially was unprofessional and dismissive and I refuse to call again as I want everything in writing, plus I have a very anxious child at home poorly so I don't want them hearing the conversation and worrying.
I have made a formal complaint to relevant authorities as an enforcement officer turned up at my house yesterday despite the fact I had never received a warning letter (legal right).
I have since tried to contact B&S again numerous times today on all options to offer a sum of the debt to close the case (as I do not dispute the original debt), however I have heard nothing. I am bending over backwards to communicate and try and make things right...you'd think they would be all over it.
The enforcement officer has now handed the case back to them, so now what? Absolutely no communication or recognition of my attempts to contact from B&S at all.
The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1, is that once a dialogue with the enforcement officer had established, he was actually very helpful, communicated well and (unlike many by the sounds of it) communicated in a respectful and calm manner. So thank you to him for helping ease this incredibly anxiety inducing situation a little.

Jason Bridgewood...a foul mouthed disgrace

Having received a threatening letter about a supposed debt I called BS to find out more details. The name on the letter was wrong as was the mobile number. When I finally got through to the person dealing with the issue, Jason Bridgewood, it all became unpleasant and argumentative, even though I was just seeking clarification. He even used the 'F' word. When I said I would report that he invited me to and said he didnt care, and said "just pay up, or shut up". Just a disgusting person that no company would want representing them.

So Bristow & Sutor attended my property…

So Bristow & Sutor attended my property at 6 am never heard them knocking. Woke up to a letter posted through the door and clamp on car and a controlled goods agreement attached to car window. Contacted the agent and politely asked them to come and remove the clap due to the car 1. Still been on finance and 2. The car is financed by a family member. Sent proof over to the agent and got a call asking me to make a small payment to realise the clamp. Again politely asked for he agent to remove the clap as this has now become an unlawful enforcement due to the car not been mine and evidence provided. I have informed the grant that if the clamp is not removed I would be contacting the police as this action is unlawful the phone was put down within half n hour clamp was removed but they did not even try and speak to me. Gang of bullies

When you phone there rude they don't care if you have mental health or children in the property they think they can bully and scare people by banging on doors and be intimidating
Try set you high monthly payments to know your gonna fail,
Anything to do with council tax go back to the council and set up a plan with them cause these cowboy jokers don't care

Vile horrible people

Vile horrible people. I am off work due to severe depression and anxiety. Nothing but bullies. Claire left me a very abrupt voicemail I phoned her back and she was nothing but rude. Didn’t even give me a chance to explain my circumstances, told me an agent was on way to my property to collect goods. Well good luck because I don’t have anything of any value. I do owe a debt and never disputed that but they are not helpful in any way in resolving it. Rude and bullies. Just absolutely vile.

Writing this review based on the advice…

Writing this review based on the advice from Gosport Borough Council. Received a rather abrupt voice mail from a ‘Paul’. After calling him back and asking what matter this was regarding, finding out it is unpaid council tax from an ex spouse and I was not a tenant at the property during that time, he became obnoxious and rude claiming not to care and telling me it wasn’t his problem and he would be sending enforcement. I tried to explain again and he ignored me and told me to contact my abusive ex partner.

I called the council and explained the situation and the lady was more than helpful. I provided proof I was not a tenant at this time and she put a note on the account for this atrocious company to not contact me and to pursue my ex partner for the debt owed. She then highly advised that I write a complaint against this company for not dealing with the matter in a respectful way or listening to me trying to explain the situation.

Dodgy extortionists with a flawed system

Is this a real company or are they just a bunch of racketeers? Just tried to help a desperate disabled neighbour with a £560 demand. The number provided has a dystopian looped message from which there is no escape. It gives you an option to press one to pay or two for other issues. Sounds simple? However, when you press two, it just goes back to the options to press one or two again. I expect most people are too worn down by their broken system and end up paying regardless of legitimacy. It doesn’t say much about TFL that they use these dodgy extortionists.

Trust pilot removed my last review about this company, so I'll make it simple...

There isn't any good points about this company.

They threatened my partner while she was home with our young kids on her own.
These men who get appointed these jobs by these fraudsters, intend to turn up at the house when most men are at work!

Waste of good oxygen!
