My experience with Brightside Insurance was great, I could speak to a human being, I was able to get a copy of my contract in a hard copy which I greatly appreciated and the cost of the insurance was very good. Thank you.

Complete scam
I had a very disappointing experience with Brightside Insurance this summer. I was with them for only two weeks, during which I was charged an extremely high amount. When I decided to cancel early and switch to another provider, I was assured that I’d receive a refund for the unused period. However, once the refund was given back, a week later they reverted the amount from my account without authorization. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer service repeatedly, but they’ve been unresponsive, offering no help in resolving the issue. It feels like a complete scam. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Brightside Insurance. They’re unreliable and seem more interested in taking your money than providing good service.

Regarding the ombudsman, it’s funny you mention that this time round. I’ve already sent all necessary documents, and they will contact you soon to resolve this. I have more faith in them than Bright Side Insurance.

I can see you have registered a complaint with us already, if you're not happy with the final outcome of the complaint, you have the right to take the complaint to the financial ombudsman within 6 months.
